I defeated an accredited philosophy professor in an official university debate in front of an audience of 100. This was about a year ago, in my sophomore year at college.
Nothing all that impressive. I get great grades in everything besides maths, and awards never go to people who do badly at maths. So...yeah, good grades I guess =\.

Distinguished honors every year of school up until and including today (I'm a junior), currently ranked #8 in my class of 1100, 5 other students and I ranked the highest on the east coast for a Continental Math League thing in 9th grade, probably some others I can't think of right now

I've been on the honor rolls (A and B) over the years, I've gotten silver and gold medals on the National Latin Exam (8th-11th grade), I've gotten ribbons for the National Mythology Exam (7th-9th grade), I got some presidential achievement award in 6th grade (ooh, big deal :P), etc. When I put my mind to it, I can get really good grades and do really well, but I am also really really lazy at times. My GPA and class rank are both pretty lame.
I have assumed quite the impressive vocabulary. Thats it. No top honors for school or such things.
I would like top honors from Boot Camp, ASchool, and FMS (Combat Corpsman) training, but none of those are really nerdy in any aspect, but then again neither is having an extensive vocabulary.

Graduated as School Dux. Top student in English, French, Ancient History and Modern History. Same year recieved an award for highest achievement in Social Sciences.
I was a Distinguished Senior School at my High School (need to have all A's all four years. B's in AP courses were acceptable but I had A's in my AP courses as well) and had to speak at my Graduation.
i got student of the year in the 3rd grade. then they rebuilt the school big enough to be k-5. in the 4th i couldnt get it seeing as how its only awarded to highest class but i got it in the 5th.
