What's your thoughts on the new TOU?

I'd say the new ToU is by and large a good thing. If SW is any indication it'll probably be a rough couple of weeks for OT (especially if people latch onto "dumbass" as their insult of choice like the tw*ts in SW), but at the end of the day having the freedom to have fun and/or call people out on their bullsh*t without risk of moderation is going to be a big improvement. At the end of the day if you really needed the protection of the old ToU to be able to post here, you might want to have a good, long think about why you were posting here in the first place.

Well, keep in mind that LJ spent his time trolling by trying to get others to violate the ToU, then reporting them. The loss of that ToU kind of torpedos his raison d'etre... and we can see how well he "stands up for himself"... maybe he liked it better when mods took the heat? Frame_Dragger
