Which do you prefer? Mac or Pc?

Which do you think offers the better online and offline experience? (Media, gaming, security, etc.)

I prefer PC

A Mac is a PC.

Mac. The only reason I tend to use PC's over Mac's is because Macs can't game

i prefer PC. macs are a ripoff and the apple OS is annoying. i've built several PCs with my friends. I dont care for iphones, ipads, imacs, macbooks, etc

Buy a pc, slap a mac sticker, ??? , win!!

speaking personnaly i have no love for mac at all.. to me their turning owning a computer into owning a fashion accessory.. not a utility knife.. which is why i will always heart windows & linux

Absolutely :)

Windows for just about everything, Mac beats it in having less threats to viruses but I can't get over their high prices since I do custom builds only now and tiny library of games compared to Windows.

Hardware: PC >Macs

Software: OSX > Windows

I'm a Mac, I just couldn't take all the virus scans and error missing dll files with PC, I guess I can see it if your a PC gamer.ultimameteora

I own both, and while a MAC is user friendly, I still prefer PC. I am just more familiar with how it works, and the games.

PC, after getting extensive use out of a MAC book pro I can safely say that OS is not for me.. and that price is definitely not for me.

Apple's OSs run more smoothly and effectively with less bugs.(also more secure)

OSX and Linux(generally any Unix based OS)are by foundation more secure then windows, and both still have no true viruses yet.

We are lierally comparing dozens of viruses/malware vs dozens of thousands. Its not just do to the lesser market share alone.

I'd choose a Windows PC over a Mac OS X PC as the former doesn't carry an outrageous price tag for the hardware that you receive. I wouldn't mind playing around with Mac OS X, though, but Apple makes it explicitidly clear that you can only do so on a Mac OS X PC.

I've always said that if you are technologically gifted enough to do more than just pressing the power button on your computer, then Mac is just a waste of money

Pay about triple the price for something that has half the program libary and like 2 games a year? No thank you.

Mac is better for everything except games, which is why I really want a PC. :P
