There's racial quotas for companies, they have to be "diverse" or they could get in trouble, which is not only hardcore racist, but sexist as well.

There are realistic concessions of talent due to race quotas. While the negative impacts are far overblown by many, I still find the concept of requiring employment of people based upon race to be something unnecessary.
