To me, its just a waste of time to watch in some cases. Whats so cool about dressing up as a cartoon character, I just don't get people and there world of Anime.
I hate the anime that's aimed towwards kids. Stuff like Pokemon and YuGiOh. But the anime that is aimed towards an older demographic is actually good. I loved watching Cowboy Bebop and Gundam when I was younger.

Agreed, Its almost impossible to watch because they just do the same thing over and over.
But if you want to try and like some anime, cause you watched some crappy ones, watch Cowboy Bebop, Rurouni Kenshin. Watch the ones with the slick anime drawings.

I'm not ignorant when it comes to Anime, I know some I like, I was just saying that Dragonball Z just gets old real fast.

it's crap, i was also forced to watch the cowboy one and naruto and such, it makes me sick, dirty japs creating stuff like this. its so cheesy and also makes me angryCBR600-RR

People who hate anime just havent seen the good animes yet. Satoshi Kon, Miyazaki, and films like Ghost in the shell and the place promished to use in our early days are the real good stuff.

I hate anime. It's cheap and looks rediculous. The story writers are all on PCP. It really has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Oh and you can never tell if the character is male or female.

Oh and your avatar isn't a form of Japanese artwork either(SARCASM), you fail to understand that I do hate most Anime/Japanese artwork, in other word prettty much all. So in other words, me and you are pretty much in the same boat, what I had in my sig originally was video games any way.

People do dress up in anime characters...they also dress up in video game characters, movies & television(Transformers, Star Trek, Star Wars)...famous athletes..and other forms of media...Soooo...It doesn't surprise me when they do it...
