Who hates anime?

I used to think I hated anime, but now I realize I just hate how much it is used nowadays. Seriously people there are other art styles out there, be a little creative ffs.Vaasman

And Hentai isn't? Tentacle rape isn't something I find to be a turn on. Unless your into having tentacles probe your orifices and such. But before this gets any weirder, I understand why you dont like porn and thats fine, people like different things.tzar3

To answer the op question, yes I like some anime

It also doesn't help that 99% off anime fans have only seen those animes, thus making outsiders think that those are the only animes out there. There are WAY to many Naruto fans, just look at how Naruto cosplayers there are at an anime convention :roll: My top ten animes are pretty much all animes most anyone hasn't even heard of.

not that there's anything wrong with liking Naruto, but there's so many people that like it, all the other genres never really come up.

My favorite animes in order are

1. Fullmetal Alchemist

2. Cowboy Bebop

3. Trigun

4. Dragon ball

5. Death Note (never saw all the eps, but I read the manga and saw all 3 live action movies)

Those are all good animes :D

I can't really give a list on my top ten from least to favorite because it's just to hard, but here are some of my more favorite animes.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (especially the Kai season)

Code Geass

Strawberry Panic

Lucky Star

Black Lagoon

Plus many others :P I watch every type of anime there is really. Ecchi, yuri, yaoi, romance, drama, action, horror, mecha, fantasy, comedy, and any others :P A lot of people always seemed surprised to, since I'm a girl and I watch those types of anmes :lol:

I agree. It's supposed to mean animated film, isn't it? But unfortunately this has come to mean also a certain style, even to some degree a certain culture, unoriginal plots, highly stereotypical characters, a certain kind of jokes, and so on. Then there's the typical genres, the mecha, the harem anime, etc. Many series are so much like the others of its kind. There generally seems to be very little variation. How often isn't it sappy, romantic...?

Thank you! It is my opnion that so many int his world misuse the term hate..nobody truly knows what it takes to truly hate something.

On topic, I love 80's-early 90's anime but don't like so much of the newer stuff.

I neither hate it nor like it.

In other words, I don't care for it, but if anyone likes it then that's fine by me.
