Who here has bought things online?

I bought like three movies online, but I mostly buy my things in the store. Now I'm planning to buy a TV online from Ebay because the prices are cheaper. By the way, those movies I bought were friggin cheap (The Departed [2-Disc Special edition] like 4 bucks, Planet Earth was 25, Street Fighter II was 4 bucks). Plus I just recently bought a game. Lost planet 2-Disc special edition for 11 bucks.

So what have you bought online? A Tv, movie, games, furniture, a car? Tell your stories.

I bought a couple of games in the past but I mostly buy clothes online

I buy everything online. It's cheaper, and easier. What's not to like? You even don't have to get out of your house.

bought a computer and a few games online

I bought the components for my PC online, all 800 quid of it. I'ld never touch a high street shop for computer parts, TBH i'm unlikely to go to any high street shop for any electronics i care about i also buy all my music, games and movies online.markop2003

Iknew about thisYEARS ago. I'm 19, but when I was 10 (year 2000), It didn't occur to me to get my PS2 online, I was thinking about other things! Give me a friggin break man!

Novelty... I just started doing it, and I was just curious as to how many people in the Gamespot Community have bought things online.

I do it all the time

I've bought many things online over Amazon and EBay as well as other websites. But mostly Amazon (free shipping)

I can't remeber when I got the last book/dvd/game/music album which wasn't bought on-line.

The majority of my eBay feedback is from buying stuff online :shock:

I have, but I only buy things from Amazon.ca. I've purchased DVD's, CD's, strategy guides, and video games.

I've bought a few games online, if you count buying Day of Defeat on steam, and paying for half of an iPhone/iPod Touch game or two with my brother.

I guess the iPods I have were ordered online by my parents.

I mostly buy my college textbooks online. It saves hundreds of dollars compared to getting books from the store on campus.

Ive bought just about everything over 50 dollars I own online. It started with clothes, then video games, my computer, my HD TV, my PS3, even my motor cycle! I do very little shopping not online... Mostly clothes and shoes I buy at an actual store.

I do most of my shopping online. With clothes, it allows me to find more unique shirts, and with games, it saves me the hassle of getting a ride to the store. I can also usually find cheaper prices on games online.

Amen to that dude! My freshman fall semester spent 750 on books... My roomate told me he got his all brand new online from an outlet dealer for 1/3 of what I paid, and he took all the same classes I did except one other.
