its the big bang theory, not big bang law
so you have to put faith into it..Ze_ALEX

here's a fun fact: you know the law of conservation of mass? it turns out that at the subatomic scale there can be matter created, it just has to go away quickly.

The banana argument is lulz. Seriously, it's so funny how awful and terrible all of these religious arguments against atheism are.

Gravity is described by both theory and law.

Modern physics describes gravitation using the general theory of relativity, but the much simpler Newton's law of universal gravitation provides an excellent approximation in most cases.

The Test self-owned itself

The declaration "There is no God" is what is known as an absolute statement. For an absolute statement to be true, I must have absolute knowledge.

but belief requires faith, and evidence denies faith. and since there's been clear evidence of God's existance, therefore he doesn't exist. QED.

Maybe thats it but I said that just to show how easy it is to turn the argument around when using such irrelevant examples like car makers.

COKE SECTION

it messes up at the coke can as i t is perfectly possible that one could apear as an object after the big bang just by chance but the chance is really low

BANANA SECTION

  1. Is shaped for human han, you could say that for most fruit the size of a banana
  2. Has non-slip surface, most fruit have thisas that is how the atoms fit together
  3. Has outward indicators of inward content: as it includes seeds it needs to be digested so the seeds comeout the otherend for this it needs to look apealing, Black is due to oxidisation, other endGreen-too early,
    Yellow-just right,
    Black-too late.
  4. Has a tab for removal of wrappe, that's how it's connected to the tree so that's needed for it to grow
  5. Is perforated on wrappe, to hold the flesh and seeds together and to stop the flesh oxidising and turning to mush then falling off the tree before it's ready
  6. Bio-degradable wrapper, it's from a living organism so chances are it is biodegradeable
  7. Is shaped for human mouth
  8. Has a point at top for ease of entry, you might notice that monkeys open it the other way up by squeezing the base, anyway that's just a stalk connecting it to the tree with out it it wouldn't exist
  9. Is pleasing to taste bud, has to be so animals eat it and disperse the seeds over a wide area to prevent competition for nutrients
  10. Is curved towards the face to make eating process easy, depends which way you hold it actualy

As you can see some are an everlutionary advantage whilst other's could easily be coinsidence

THE ORANGES

I guess this is supposed to be about atoms and how they arrange themselves, it completely ignores charges which are what make atoms incorrect. A fruit way of saying it would be you have10 apples and 10 oranges, no apple may be next to another apple, how many possible combinations are there?

THE TESTS

TEST ONE
The person who thinks the Coca Cola can had no designer is:
___ A. Intelligent
___ B. A fool
___ C. Has an ulterior motive for denying the obvious

There is a chance it had no designer, a very small one but there is still a chance

TEST TWO
A. Do you know of any building that didn't have a builder?
___ YES___ NO
B. Do you know of any painting that didn't have a painter?
___ YES___ NO
C. Do you know of any car that didn't have a maker?
___ YES___ NO

These by definiton have to be no as a building has to be built, a painting has to be painted and it wouldn't be called a car if it had no maker, all of these would be seen as natural wonders instead and if you think about it the only difference between a basic stone buiilt house and a cave is one has been built the other was formed.

TEST THREE
A. From the atom to the universe, is there order?
___ YES___ NO
B. Did it happen by accident?
___ YES___ NO
C. Or, must there have been an intelligent mind?
___ YES___ NO

D. What are the chances of 50 oranges falling by chance
into ten rows of five oranges?

All of these questions seem to have double meanings, order could mean it happened by coincedence as they had too be like that like saying which way dual polarity magnets will face, no one made them attract that's just what happens, accident still seems to infer that some being did it and ignores the fact that it could be a series of events like the big bangs followed by big crushes this would mean you'ld answer no for both B and C. D ignores atomic nature completely, not all atoms will fit together.

TEST FOUR

It completely ignores the fact that you must prove something is before someone has to proof that it isn't

TEST FIVE
The man who sees a building and doesn't know if there was a builder is:

a building needs a builder by definition otherwise it's just an intresting grographical feature.

SUMMERY

The artical ignores evolution and atomic nature. It also ignores that ifa geographical feature was formed that looked just like your house it would not be a building as it had not been built even though it looked exactly the same it would still just be an intresting geographical feature.

You clearly have no idea what a theory is in the scientific sense. You can't just come up with an explanation and call it a theory. You need mountainous piles of evidence.

qetuo6

A scientific Law is a readily demonstrable fact, that cannot be disproven.

A scientific theory is a hypothesis that has been rigorously tested, and not found faulty, usually also having been found somewhat useful.

that is what law and theories are
am I wrong with that?

Erm, no. If you don't believe in god, you're an atheist. Period. Lacking proof or otherwise. Most atheist don't believe in god simply for that reason, lack of proof. An agnostic is one who says "We can't know if god is real".

hmm true. Agnosticism is the belief that the idea of a god is inherently unknowable. Maybe a better way of saying it is we believe there might be a god, but we will never truly know. This article isn't really aimed at agnostics anyway.

Finally a well thought out attack on atheism *applauds TC* Here's some other stuff that will have the atheists wetting their pants.

Evolution is so obviously wrong thereby making the only possible alternative, intelligent design, true.

Abiogenesis is also ridiculous.

This will keep the atheists thinking

And for the final blow read this.

I stopped reading when you said "Finally a well thought out attack on atheism".

I'm sorry, but the application of the scientific method is all I care about.

I apologise for your neglectful application of logic.

Atheism is only wrong if you can prove the existence of God/the gods. Can you/they do so?

No? I thought not. Let atheists be atheists and theists be theists and the world will be peaceful.

You do realise that there is a thing called prophecies, were the bible will state something, then later it happens. How is it that someone knew this would happen before it happened? Like the prophecy of constantine, 9/11 was predicted by nostradamus somehow. Which to be honest at the time I really dont like how I feel I have no control what happens, but actually it happens because god already knows it is going to happen.

A lot of athiest think it is just some cult, which makes no since because you do not need money to be a christian. The only thing christianity does is make you strive to be better whenever you can. To be an athiest, you have to either A) hate the concept of god, B) think you know it all, C) in denial. The first step in recovery is admittance. Fast is athiest are super self righteous to the core.

Also athiest think they are so smart because they might admit that they just dont know, dont care, while in the meanwhile believing in theories like evolution to be facts, which cant be proven. Because no one was around 6.stupid billion years ago to say I was here, therefore it is just...... A COMPLETE FANTASY created by limited minds striving to understand everything themselves, which they should realize that the concept of god is simple, and if you read the bible there is so many facts in there. I mean I dont know why poeple thought the world was flat when the bible said it was round....

Ok your sayying that we should just keep the truth to ourselves, and just hate athiest (sometimes I rather do this). But that would be unchristian, and unloving. No one would be chrisitan if those people back in the day didnt die for the truth. The problem is athiest love the darkness, hate the light. Athiest need to realize that satan owns them, they dont believe because the darkness blinds them from the truth.

for one i hope that was sarcasm....and the same people who followed the bible insisted that the sun revolved around us...and put anyone to death who said otherwise. If you had any idea the definition of theory then you wouldnt bash evolution. it canabe proven. what cant 100% be proven is creation of life through evolution. but the theory most refer to is Darwins theory of evolution through natural selection. which CAN be proven and shown.

Do you realize how stupid comments like that sound? You can say the same thing about anything.

"Oh!!! Well now I'm convinced!!!!! A magical being who no one has ever seen or been in contact with appeared and made stuff for no reason!!!!!!!! Just makes perfect sense."

MattUD1

read the Bible.

I have an experiment I wanna try out. This is just a spur of the moment thing. Let's just say that you believe in Elves and I don't. Prove to me that Elves exist.

:D
