It's not. If I'm trying to have lunch in a restraunt, I don't need anyone's DNA flying from across the dining room onto my plate. There's enough gravy on my mashed potatoes as it is without anyone else adding to it.

It's a foolish suggestion, drawing some sort of connection between eating in public and ****ing in public. Perhaps you're incapable of understanding this basic societal law, but it's a far cry between an individual eating a cheeseburger in public and two people humping like crazed baboons in public!
