Not without the amount of material U.S. produced during WW II.
It was Churchill who said it was Britain that provided the time, Russians provided the blood and the Americans who provided the resources to win the war.
He wasn't kidding. From the Period of 1942-1945, U.S. produced SSSOOOOO MUCH war materials, especially "Liberty Ships" that ran the U-Boat gauntlet to supply the British isles that it simply swamped the Germans (and the Japanese), to give you an idea of how much the U.S. produced during that period. Take all the materials made by the British, then German, French, Japanese, Russian and Italy (the principle participant of WW II), add them all up and then compared it to U.S. total war production. The end result will be shocking! What the U.S. produced in 4 short years will still have at least 33% more than all the combined materials of all the other participant added together!
It's not to say U.S. single handly won the war. But one sure fact, without U.S. help, it would've been a LONG time before the war ever ended!
