Because you watch too many sitcoms.

And that's the end of the topic ;)
The funny thing about maturity "posturing" (for lack of a better word)is that it's kind of immature to complain about the immaturity of others.
Follow that?
Anyway, don't worry too much about it. Ladies will be bashing guys long after you and I are both dead. Just learn to live with it, like the rest of us.
Girls don't turn into women until like 25. They don't know what they want especially in relationships down the line. I've had plenty of friends that are girls and a lot that I have dated that are in the 18 - 25 range, and very rarely do they ever know exactly what they want all the time.
Guys are a more hit and miss, and more of them know what they want when it comes to dating and relationships. Probably because guys are more stable emotionally. They either want a real meaningful relationship, as I want now at 22, or one night stands all the time. But it is less often when they can't make up their minds about it. lol

Uh sure... okay... I fully understand and agree with what you're saying... :|

I think thats a good thing :P
They're usually right, but that just makes it eaiser to stick with the assumption rather than look at someone for who they are.

High School is pretty worthless when it comes down to the social aspect of it.
Glad to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I'm a 9th grader, so I've got a long way to go yet. It's going to suck.[QUOTE="Ogre_Mage"][QUOTE="wemhim"]When I was in High School I found that I never fell in love with anyone or cared about kewl clothes or drama. I'd say none of them were. Zaeryn

I have a bunch of friends who were in the main clique but I sure as hell don't talk to them as much as the ones who shared my interests and got to know my non-school friends.

huh? didnt know about that. since imo maturity is dependent of how one's sees/defines "maturity". but, nice to hear that anyway.
Generally, teenage girls and boys are as immature as each other.ithilgore2006So true. Teenage girls just think they are smarter because they generally get better grades then the boys.

Same here. Sadly, enough i'm the only hardcore gamer in the grade, but I have a bunch of friends-not many of them close.[QUOTE="_Marisa_"][QUOTE="braindead_hero"]Because when they are saying this they don't realise how immature they're beingrowzzr

It's only biological. And that's still GENERALLY. Not ALWAYS. And the thing is, a biologically mature person can be really socially immature.because most of them aremoptopskateI've found that it's correct and incorrect in some cases. During High School, male students would often be more intellectual in their discussions at times, where as female students would have more professional like attitude, as in, not yelling in class. But in the end of the day, I'd prefer to have nothing to do with either of them.
Alright, heres the thing. Some of the both sexes are immature. Some of them are mature. Goes both ways. However, as stated before in a previous post, there are scientific studies showing that females mature faster then males. *eyes her husband up* I can definatly say im more mature then my husband, and hes older then I am. I would give examples but that would be kinda wrong on my part. *Shrugs* I can be pretty immature myself sometimes though.
As for the post a while back that says females arent mature till 25, that goes for both sexes. And thats more of a self discovery thing. Also, not everyone plays by the 25 rule... some people find themselves before that, some after. Some never do.
That's just GENERALLY. That's like saying because I'm Bi I'm more feminine than straight males because it's common with gay and Bi people. It's not ALWAYS.Alright, heres the thing. [QUOTE="Pearl_of_Egypt"]women do mature faster than men. I've seen men in their 30's who still act like their teens. wemhimThat's only SOMETIMES. Or MOSTLY. Not all women mature faster than men socially or biologically.
Mmmhmm... some of the most immature people I know are the women on my mum's side of the family (my mum and gran included) But that's probably just because they're total weirdos. :P It's fun to be around immature people in your family though since you don't have to put on a huge 'be extra formal' act every time you meet.
