I've slept in the same bed with females quite a few times. So obviously you're wrong.[QUOTE="toast_burner"]
[QUOTE="Gambler_3"]No male and female "friends" dont sleep on the same bed.
The difference is obvious male gays are attracted to males and straights are not.
Gambler_3
And what difference does it make if they sleep with people of the same sex? It's not like you're going to be sleeping with them and I doubt all you ever talk about is sex. So it shouldn't make any difference what so ever.Â
It doesnt happen in my society and I dont find the idea of male and female friends sleeping on the same bed to be good. You are entitled to your opinion. The idea that a male friend of yours could potentially get aroused by something you do is not very pleasant you know. But gays cannot understand this problem obviously.
What do you mean by "But gays cannot understand this problem obviously."? You unintentionally causing a gay man to be aroused is like a gay man causing a heterosexual female to become aroused. And why is that such a big deal? It happens. I've been attracted to gay women before. Kind of sucked when I found out. But whatever, i got over it. If a gay man ever asked me out I'd politely explain that I'm not interested. it'd be no different than turning down a female I'm not interested in. I don't see the problem here.Â
Ofcourse it wont always happen but it can happen.[QUOTE="Pffrbt"]
You're not going to find this happening often.
So are you saying you regularly sleep with your straight guy friends?Gambler_3
Nope but I do when we go on vacations or when we do a night stay at a friends place.
Yeah we would often even sleep in the same bed... If there's no reason to believe any of them are attracted to me then there's no harm... However things are different now from when I was growing up no one was openly gay... however there was one incident with this guy touching my junk... I was about 16 and he stayed the night over my cousins house with us because we all went late night skating... He wasn't usually a part of our group... If I'd have known he was gay I wouldn't have slept in the same room or I would have covered myself... I was on the couch and he had a sleeping bag on the floor... It was summer so I slept without a cover...I was awoken by the feel of something touching me... when I opened my eyes he hurried and tried to pretend he was asleep... I beat the crap out of him and became homophobic until my adult years... I think back now... if everyone was accepting of gay folks he'd have had a boyfriend and wouldn't need to do what he did... He did go on to come out eventually but only after taking 2 more beatings for the samething...Nobody has to do anything if you don't want people in your biz then stfu and nobody will know about it. Problem solved

People are going to accept it eventually when they become smarter and open their minds up. Lefties went through the same thing
Nearly all homophobes are closet cases themselves. They've literally done studies where they hooked sensors up to homophobes' genitals and showed them gay porn and straight porn. Homophobes invariably get way more aroused by the gay porn.Â

[QUOTE="Gambler_3"]Not that I wont be close friends with a gay but it certainly changes the context and limitations of the friendship
Gambler_3
How?
Seriously? A gay guy friend is just like an unattractive female friend in terms of context and limitations of the friendship.Âlol no, theyre not. Â If youre not gay, then theyre a friend like any other.
