Everyone keeps saying their fries, but damn if they aren't a mixed bag. Sometimes they really are as good as they say, and sometimes they're sad lifeless noodles. Thanks but no thanks, I'll take Smashburger sweet potato fries over those any day of the week.eat ONE of their french fries... and try to turn down a second.

French Fries from Mcdonald's, Burger King and Wendy's fell off because government forced them to changed the oil years ago.[QUOTE="AtlanticRock"]

Easy...................My local Macdee's fries are crap........................
Its about the taste. McDonalds has that signature taste. When you taste McDonalds you know your tasting McDonalds food. I like McDonalds so much.Â
Cheap, everywhere, and relatively consistent. The last two are the most important - virtually wherever you are in the country, you know you can go to a McDonald's and anticipate, with reasonable accuracy, what kind of food you'll get.I'm pretty adventurous with food and I tend to seek out what I haven't tried before - thus, this reasoning never made much sense to me on a personal level. However, it's pretty well accepted in the industry that this is the most significant pillar of McD's success (and I can say that I personally know boat loads of people who fear trying new food places to the point that they actively avoid them).mattbbplman I try to be adventurous too.

$1 Double Cheeseburger, $1 small fries, and $1 small coke...for $3 you feast.
Plus their double cheeseburgers rock. I couldn't eat them everyday, but once in awhile they are great.

They rarely taste bad, but I hate burping up half a french fry a half hour after I have eaten it,[QUOTE="AtlanticRock"]
