Why won't Obama release his birth certificate?

Something like this happened in my country's general elections this year. The opposing (Labour) party knew that it was lagging in the polls so about 2 weeks before voting day they started saying that under the party currently in power(Christian Democratic) we will have no more free healthcare. All this based on no decent evidence...

because they are not all made on a typewritter. My copy wasnt, one look at google and you see they can be computer generated, first link was Florida and it said that their copies are computer generated documents.
