I think that all illegal drugs should be decriminalized... the War on Drugs is an epic failure. The government is ill-equipped to handle the issue, and all issues related to narcotics should be left with the medical professionals with the tools and know-how to help the people who need it.
As for marijuana specifically, I'd lean more towards outright legalization than decriminalization, but at the very least stop taking up valuable space in the jails for it, which should be reserved for people who commit offenses against person and property.
PS: I wouldn't advocate any sort of use for people under the age of 18.
Legal. Marijuana just isn't toxic enough to harm you, and it doesn't have any addictive properties in it.

i hate when people say that...as a matter of FACT the drug itself doesnt but you can still be addicted...anything that causes pleasure releases chemicals in your brain that are HIGHLY addictive...
