Well I personally wouldn't date anyone who is younger than me (25), and more and more often now I meet people who have kids already, but I suppose ideally I'd prefer for them to not have that sort of emotional and financial baggage.

That being said the guy I'm currently with has a son, but the son is 22, so he's off... living away somewhere and things.

'Men get distinguished and women just get old' (is the view of most in Western Culture)... I have no desire to get with a 60 year old lady. There is a point where no amount of bondo can fix a rusted out frame. At that point, it is best to send the car to scrap and trade it in for a new model

Well I didn't really go out of my way to find someone that old but just worked out that way, I like it because his intelligence, experience and maturity really sparks my interest. I still find him hot and I have very much come to believe that an older gent knows his way around the bedroom so I don't really see any problem with it. That being said it's still a covert affair. I don't think my friends and parents would take it lightly. Nor his son probably. To most it probably seems 'wrong' and thus I must admit finding it hard to see any future in it. But goodie I have this to look forward to.

Eh, I wouldn't consider it "wrong", I just don't think it's something I could do. Of course at one point I would have said I'm not sure I could date someone a decade older than me, and now I'm married to one.

why i love women, well not entirely but it is one reason, i keep getting older and they keep staying young, but thats not to discourage the lady librarian, there are many men, like my self, that have been nothing but faithful. sadly cheating women tend to change us instantly, i am just glad i have not yet had the displeasure.

Hmmm... Maybe I'd try it, but I don't think it would last very long.

Only if the other parent is dead I might. Otherwise... no. I don't want any drama from the other parent.. I know somehow I will be dragged into it.

No. That's a deal breaker. I found out this girl who is totally absolutely gorgeous, has a kid. I do not want her anymore. bobaban
just shag her and run like an olympic sprinter afterwards.

I don't think I would. It's hard for me to raise people/animal. We never owned a pet more than 1 year because it's too much responsibility.

Depends. If the dad is still in her kids life, maybe not. I don't want to deal with that baby-daddy drama and the jealousy. And she has to be completely over her baby's daddy.

Of course, I would be dating some hottie half my age and I would instantly rise to god status with all my middle aged friends

Not sure my wife would be thrilled:P
