Would you ever adopt a child?

I know I would. I love kids and I want them to be happy. A few of my friends say it's pointless and it's better to have your own because the ones in an orphanage could be scarred and may be hard to take care of. I think that's mean. What do you guys think?

Yah, I would most definitely adopt a child if I saw that they could use my help.

When I become married, there will probably be a higher chance of me having my own children instead of adopting, but if I see the right opportunity, I would adopt.

Kids need parents they can look up to; that's why I would adopt, so theycan have a real parental figure in their life.:)

I want kids later in life. Which means that I'll have to adopt.

If my wife and I couldn't concieve for some reason, then yes. I want kids, it would be sad that I couldn't have some of my own but I would adopt if we couldn't.
