sure, probably. i actually know a girl that has a nub at one of her elbows, and she's cute. she conceals it pretty well, too. the first time i met her was at a pool, and i didn't even know she was missing half her arm until later on my friend told me he like her and didn't even care about her arm, to which i was like "what are you talking about?" and he was like "dude, you didn't notice? she has half her arm missing" or something like that.

ultimately it would rest on her personality but, no, if she was only missing her hand, I dont see it as that big an issue. at least it would always give us something to talk about when meeting new people
