My great grandfather died fighting nazis a a couple of days before my grandfather was born. My other grandfather spent his whole life a soldier and fough in the croatian- serbian war. He stepped on a mine but miracolously didn't lose his leg. my dad was a spetsnaz commando and fought in the croatian-serbian war. he wasn't wounded. so yeah, me and my little brother are probably going to be the first males in the family who aren't going to fight in a war since before WW1. WOOT. anyways, i doubt i would fight for australia, although im kind of attracted to the prospect of being a military man. never mind the fact that im an excellent student, and if i say so myself quite smart. it must run in the family :=(
Nope, not really. I don't want to be the one that causes someone else's death and I don't agree with the whole "I'll fight for my country even if it was wrong" thing.

My country is supposedly one of the most corrupt in the world with pollution and traffic being considered tourist attractions. But I don't care. It's my country. MINE! I'll fight to defend it, to the best of my ability ( which means non-physical,sadly ) if I have to :x
It greatly depends on the circumstances. But I really hate the way the military is run in my country, so idk if I would even join up for a cause I believe in.
Against a human army- No. Against zombies, aliens, or other unconventional threat- yes. I just couldn't look at and kill another human being. If I HAD to, I'd have to be in the Air Force, that way atleast I wouldn't be seeing the faces of the men I killed.
