My understanding is they have the same IP and they have no proof that they are brothers and not the same person. Except for a bunch of people on here being convinced they are, in fact, brothers.

all you need to have done is read there posts and look at it from a wide angle. There is no way it was the same person, and even if it was, he had split personality because hopeless was never anything like snipes. Read through Snipes banned thread and compare it to this and its plain as day

Lol i would like to see a picture of that :P Either way it doesnt make him a bad user imo (if anything even more impressive that he managed to rack up to high post counts on two separate accounts). I will miss his posts all the same :(
