Firefox for about seven years until at work I got a new computer a few months ago. Firefox and Chrome were blocked, and IE was ugh. Opera's site was available. I haven't really looked back since. I love it.
I used Firefox for years until I had some weird javascript void problems which meant I couldn't watch YouTube videos, so I converted to Chrome early this year I believe. Though Firefox is working grand again, I've become used to Chrome now :P
Why are there so many FireFox users? The browser is absolutely terrible.

Why are there so many Chrome users? Do they enjoy giving their private life away to an enormous advertising agency? Ohhh! Regarding Opera, I used to be a big fan, but then they just became another Chrome skin. All the features that made Opera the most complete browser out of the box are now gone. Opera has been wiped clean.
Well, going by what Snowden revealed recently, pretty much any software by a large corporation is spyware. Google being a huge advertising agency should have given it away from the start, however.

Opera 15 has nothing of what used to make Opera so great. Just a heads up. :(
I used to be a Firefox freak (I would completely disregard others and bash them in the process) for years since it launched but for some reason it started giving me weird problems in 2010 or so. Then I switched to Chrome and I ... well, love it now. I look down upon Firefox now.Â
Chrome. FireFox has been my secondary browser, but for whatever reason, it has been crashing a lot lately, so I have been using Opera. Though, since I updated it to version 22 yesterday, FireFox seems to working again, so far. I hardly ever touch IE, or Safari. I just have them downloaded for the hell of it.
Firefox. I don't like Chrome because it's worse than the NSA.

I lol'd. I think both are equally bad. :P Well one of them is open source, and the other one isn't. So I'm pretty sure Firefox is safer and more transparent.

I lol'd. I think both are equally bad. :P I have installed the Disconnect extension which blocks advertisements, and data collection. It's pretty much like Ghostery except it's not run by an ad company.

This was first done by Opera, and Firefox does it as well. This is not a feature unique to Chrome at all. I'm not sure uniqueness is all that important when it comes to browsers. All that matters to me is a speedy browser with a clean interface. Of course it's nice that Chrome has plenty of customization options thanks to their Chrome store.
