[QUOTE="buxboy"][QUOTE="premier111"][QUOTE="buxboy"][QUOTE="MagnumPI"] It would beso easy. I would load up a truck with all of my ammunition & banoleers and my guns then throw on my load bearing equipment. load up on shotgun & rifle shells and magazines.
pack my S&W .357 snub nose then leftshoulder my S&W.44 Magnum then rightshoulder my .357 Colt. Holster my Sig 226, Kimber 1911, Springfield 1911 & Colt 1991 and maybe my Beretta 92. Keep my Beretta 84 as a last resort. During a zombis scenario you can never have too many backup weapons.
Sling My Springfield M1A and sling my remington 870 on the left shoulder with a crossover sling. Finally two scavards on the back of my LBE or vestvest. Left Scavard would have my Kimber .300 Magnum and the right would have my mossberg 500.
Then I could keep my other long gun on gun rack in me van with the ammuniton cans on the floor and bandoleers hanging. That way I could quickly reamr or switch guns or get a new one. Such as me M1 Carbine or AR-15 or coach gun.
The best vehcle would be something with a dozer blade and treads. Like bull dozer. I would have to aquire one of those. Finally hit the hardware stores, pharmacys, gas stations and grocery stores to get supplies to make bombs.
Most imortant secure High ground or a safe place to operate from.

Ahh I see. We think alike my friend. I have to say, a CIRAS, a Remington 870 Express, AR-15 in the M4 configuration, with a cranestock and I would be set. Of course, my CIRAS holds 8 M4 mags, a 1 liter of water, a medkit, and a good amount of shot shells. I have to say, I think I would be alright if I had all of that, plus an F-150.
Wow i think you guys are thinking too macho. Ever heard of plenty of guns but no bullets? I say keep two pistols, one rifle, one shotgun and keep a ton of ammo. you are killing everyone that got infected remember?
I only said I would carry 2 guns and wear this:(pic)
yeah my bad for you, but it has been proven the best armor for the undead is thick, loose leather in a full body suit is absolute best(preferably with a neck guard!)
I have plenty of Bullet for all of those guns.
S&W model 19 is .38/357 Magnum
S&W 629 is a .44 Magnum.
Colt KK is a .357 Magnum
Beretta 92 is a 9mm Luger
Springfield 1911 is a .45 AutoColt
Kimber 1911 is a .45 Auto Colt
Colt 1991 is a .38 Auto Colt
So that's onlyfive different types of ammo. I don't have a billion magazines for one gun. I have various magaizne and speed loadrs for various guns.
The shotguns both use 12 gauge and that leaves two type of rifle ammo. The .300 has a an integrated magazine. it's loaded cartridge by cartridge or by stripper clip.
The only heavy pistols in the entire configurationis the Colt KK & the S&W 629. 1911s are light and so is the Beretta 92 and Sig 226.
I'm large in stature and have a lot of upper bpdy strength a strong back. Carrying all of that would be now problem since I wouldn't be carrying radio equipment or a ruck with 200+ LBS of gear fastened to it.
Both the Remignton 870 & mossberg 500 are light.
This way if one gun breaks or fails it won't matter becuase you have plenty of working guns. The real gun that is of any signifigant weaight is the M-14 or AR-15. And Mine is 6.8mm. not .223. My Ruger Mini-14 is .223, but I just don't care for the Ruger Mini-14.
What is a gun when you don't have the right ammunition for it or it malfunctions? There is no time repair it and ammunition is useless without the correct gun.
