the only bad thing about Mirror's Edge is its length.

Outside of that, it is innovative, beautiful, fun, and has a good story.

When ever I see this on steam I just change my download location to IRELAND or China and it goes faster.

its one of those "emtpying your mind" games; it doesnt require any thought really, yet its soooo fun. Its almost meditative...you just listen to the music and move your mouse around.

Yeah when ever there is a big sale or new game or big new update and the servers are busy in North America, I just change my download location for the time being. Then after im done ill change it back to my normal one.

When the TF2 update came along I was getting a horrible 20k download speed and then when i changed my downlaod location it went back up to the normal 600k.

Just try differnt locations, some might work faster then others for you.

its not worth 50 (simply because its short) but if it ever becomes inexpensive, it is worth every penny (and 4.99 is inexpensive)

yea, my dl speed is shuffling between 0 kb/s and 32 kb/s, with sporadic moments of joy at 300 kb/s lol

Children of the Nile is a very fun game. It has a lot more depth than Pharoh (one of my fvorite citybuilder games), but not all the charm. Its an awesome game, a lot more emphasis on realism and history than PHaroh had.

I highly recommend it. I lost my copy; does Steam have it for sale!?!!?!

ugh the witcher has been downloading since 2:30, (now its 11:45) finally its at 98% this is the longest download i've ever had although it seems i'm luckier than most, ive been getting 50-340 kb/s, even though i usually get 1.5-2 mb/s.

I think that's I am at as well. I was around 250 total games before this sale and I am at 280 now. If it is the case I have spent $216.70 on the games which means I averaged about $7 a game which is awesome.
