[QUOTE="Stream_Beta"][QUOTE="FelipeInside"] No, everything you said is a reason why SOMEONE would consider the $15 too expensive. It's the same as a gym. You pay $50 a month and can go whenever you want. If you don't go for 2 months then don't blame the gym for the price.FelipeInside
So what type of people are you talking about then? People that play an MMO everyday and still
complain that $15 dollars is too high?
Also your Gym analogy is flawed, the difference between a Gym and an MMO is that you have to be commited
to have a set regular schedule when going to the Gym. With an MMO it doesn't affect you if you stop for a
month or 2, but with a Gym it does.
I'm talking about people in general that complain. An MMO charges you $15 a month for unlimited gameplay 24/7 (except server maintenance which is a few hours), unlimited content with new patches, fixes and DLCs constantly being introduced as well as unlimited customer support. All this for $15 a month, which most people would spend on an hour of drinks, or going to the movies, etc etc. You could say then that I don't want to pay $80 a month for my internet because there are times when I don't use it?Well it doesn't matter for paying the internet bill since there isn't any other option. Unlike with MMOs,
various of choices. Also, when don't we use the internet? lol, I am on it everyday to at least check
the news of various things while checking my 4 different emails.
I'm glad the $15 dollar a month subscription is going out of style. It has always been a flawed
marketing technique.
My philosophy is that if I can't make 1 hour = 1 dollar for a video game, then that game is not
worth that price. So if the game is $60 dollars, it must be a game that provides minimum 60
hours of gameplay.
