I got it downloading now! I exited steam, deleted all the steam files apart from steam.exe and steamapps, restarted it, and bam! there it was.

It's up!!!!!

Downloading now 257 KB/s lol :P

If you dont see it on your game list restart steam thats what i did!

Well guys, rt's been fun (well, not under these circumstances). But, now I must spend my afternoon owning some noobs on BFBC2 Beta. ;)

hmmm. i keep telling myself to wait for the £10 cheaper standard version to come to STEAM even though ill miss the BETA, although now its starting i REALLY want to play it :(
