Well, I just got done with the first town in Drakensong. Its a really good RPG, only 5 bucks on D2D. My first time using that website, too, very happy with the service.
Outside of that, Ive been playing a lot of Day of Defeat: Source and Titan Quest.
I actually went back and started DOOM 3 again......I'm crossing over the Monorail area now, which, if I recall, is where the game gets much tougher (already been encountering plenty of Revenants).
Also, I just loaded the Classic DOOM Mod for DOOM 3 which I believe allows you to play all the original DOOM shareware version with DOOM 3 graphics :). Good stuff!
Oh, and BTW, DOOM 3 plays perfectly fine on Vista with latest patch, been flawless, graphics still look superb.

I'm trying to decide between Drakensong, Titan Quest, or Neverwinter Nights on that site. I'm playing Garry's Mod for HL2 right now.[QUOTE="mrbojangles25"]I'm trying to decide between Drakensong, Titan Quest, or Neverwinter Nights on that site. oof, thats a tough call. Lemme break it down for you like this
1. Drakensong: this game is like going back to the old days, where the RPGs were complex, and more about story and gameplay mechanics than the actualy gameplay itself. Its an excellent game, with nothing wrong with it except some poor voice acting.
2. Neverwinter Nights: this game lies somewhere between the hardcore RPG goodness of Drakensong and the casual clickfest (a la Diablo)of Titanquest. It uses the old dice-roll rules of pen and paper RPGs, but imo is far more accessible. The story is OK, and its a fun game.
3. Titan Quest: likely my favorite out of all of them, there is just something awesome about mindlessly cutting or casting your way through enemies. While it can get repetative, and it takes a looooong, looooong time to level at later stages, its a good way to unwind after a tough day. Also, it has a suprisingly large and loyal online following.
STALKER, Chronicles of Riddick, TF2 and trying to get into Doom 3 and Serious Sam.monkeymoose5000
haha I really got a hardcore craving for Doom 3 the other night. I dont know why. Had to settle for Quake 4
WoW as well as Aion (yeah I have too much free time). Splitting my time however, so I don't play as much WoW
Also, Dawn of War 2 on occasion.

Its Drakensang, b****es! :PAnd Im in a DnD phase, playing Baldurs Gate and DDO currently.
Well i recently picked up Age of Empires 3.. Gonna finnish drakes fortune on the PS3 then start going through that.
I'm catching up on some classics. I just finished half life 1 and now am halfway through deus ex. Fantastic game
I tried to play Bloodlines, but I don't like it too much. So I fooled around in Anno 1404 and Prototype for a while, and then decided to get ArmA 2. Installing now.
Also, Quake Live - the only multiplayer game I tolerate.
Oh and I installed Deus Ex earlier this week, but I can't make any high-res mod work:evil: /rage
Damn now i am gonna start playing doom 3 right now, nice game better than the today's crap and quite long. On topic brother in arms hells highway.I actually went back and started DOOM 3 again......I'm crossing over the Monorail area now, which, if I recall, is where the game gets much tougher (already been encountering plenty of Revenants).

Half Life 2 Episode 1, never got around to beating it and I'm really bored. I've been trying to get Team Fortress 2 to work, but it is freezing up when it tries to connect to a server. Any help?

Is your firewall switched off? Or is it set to allow traffic from Team Fortress 2?
