I still love playing age of empires 2.

I still play Zero Hour from time to time and I installed Vietcong with Fist Alpha expansion not long ago because I loved it so much. It felt more outdated than I expected TBH. Might try out the original AVP, too. It's a rather fast game, I wonder how good I'd be now that I cracked 30:D.
I bought and played some of the first Commandos game.Legolas_Katarn
Have you already beaten the Sunspire level?Unreal 1 with HD textures. Think it's actually the longest FPS I've ever played, been playing it for 20 hours and I'm about 60% through it.
Pros
- Great AI: Skaarj are always challenging - always dodging, hiding when injured, jumping around and predicting your movement as to where to shoot next.
- Fun combat and a large variety of guns outside your typical military arsenal.
- Level design's brilliant. You always get a good mix of open and indoor environments that can split from two paths to ten.
- Medieval castles and villages in combination with sci-fi and aliens.
- Very distinct soundtrack.
- Looks pretty in some places even being over a decade old, though the HD textures do help.
Cons
- Enemy variety could be better.
- Story drags to a hault after a short while and isn't fleshed out as much as I'd like.
- The atmosphere feels a little flat; there's no tension after the 2nd or 3rd level where the first Skaarj attacks.

Incredible game, BTW
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. I've never actually beaten this game, so I decided to make a bit of progress. I have 2 chapters to go now.

Are you on the level Sniper Town? Or did you just complete it?
That is the one level that made me grind to a halt in an otherwise fantastic game. They're too well hidden in the shrubs, and then Nazis actually jump out of f***ing closets and try to kill you. That is frightening.
I wonder if multiplayer is still going strong. A couple of years back there were still around 1500 people listed in the server browser.

Yeah, I'm still at that level, heard about how annoying it was. Although it probably won't be as downright impossible as the D-Day section. Man, that was ridiculous.
I guess I'll just savespam my way through it.

This is still one the best, in fact the Normandy Beach landing is why I bought the game in the first place, loved that level!
GTA 3. I've completed it once, but it was long ago, so I decided to refresh this title a little. Now I'm at one of the ending missions ("Espresso-2-go" to be clear)xxninja666xxhave you had any problems with the game like if you turn off the frame limiter?...always been a problem for me unless i force vsync on.

Funny I've just been playing some GTA today. The original GTA, GTA 2 (still amazing) and then some San Andreas. I forgot how funny San Andreas is and I have noticed so much stuff that went over my head when played it the first time.
I have been playing a lot of Rockstar games lately including the Max Payne series and L.A Noire.

The beach section was all right once you got a rhythm of duck and cover. You're practically invincible once you're behind those hedgehogs. But sniper town, you poke out your head and you're at like 10 HP. I love pixel hunting in Red Orchestra, but that level takes all the joy out of sniping.
[QUOTE="NeroVennus"]I played today Half Life, Doom and System Shock 2 just to bring back memories :DkraychikI just installed System Shock the other day and will likely play it very soon. Great game, arguably as epic as Half-Life or AvP.
AGREED +1
