Ever played for 24+ Hours?

GTA4 made me feel like crap too after a while. Certain games can give some people a little motion sickness (ie headache or overall crapy feeling).

As for the system I don't think it will hurt it to use it for several hours in a row as long as it is in a well ventelated area. It was designed to be "on".

Yeah, I know what you mean, sometimes I feel that feeling you get sometimes when you ride a roller coaster or spin around in circles on a computer chair, lol.

It does suck though cuz sometimes I have to stop playing because I feel like poo.

Metal Gear Solid 1,2&3 10 hours. Every so often i still do it.

And also MGS4 15-17 hours I can complete the game in about 5 hours

mgs i played for 13 hrs

and it was in the middle of the night

me and my bro beat mgs3 in a single sitting. Around 17 hours I guess?

We were switching off but I played the game for the most part.

exactly.....and thankfully, i have a life so i dont play for more than 24 hours....

I've had some pretty epic gaming sessions, but the longest I've played would have to be up around that much, thanks to Civilization III for PC.

MMORPG's are no joke... :|

I can't even think of how many hours I played L2 for; days after days sometimes. I probably would never go back to playing MMo, but they are trully epic and WAY!!! better then any console out there, hands down.

Sometimes, on really lazy weekends, I play World of Warcraft for about 7-8 hours a day, but those are never straight. There are always lunch breaks, books, TV and movies in between.

That being said, I think I played MGS4 for about 5 or 6 hours straight once.

On launch day i played RFOM/RIdge Racer 7 for 54 hours straight with no more than a 15 minute break here and there... it was a glorious time, When MGS4 came out i played for about 14 hours straight... then it stopped working :| got another copy and finished it and played through it again (11 hours) in 1 sitting.americahellyeah

Ya right 54 hours straight hard to believe but if you did do it w/o any sleep wow.... I dont know if i should be impressed or feel ashamed for you..lol ...joking the longest i played straight was when i got gears of war i played it for 8 hours straight to beat it cause i had to study for an exam and nknew that if i didnt beat it i would be tempted to play it all the time. P.s incase your worried about my marks i still got an A in the physiology Exam

Seriously, though... I'm comfortable with the fact that I play a disproportionate amount of video games. I recently moved to an area where there's nothing to do and it's constantly hot. So I stay inside with my fiancee and my dog and play PS3. I've got a few close friends and some acquaintences here and there, and a job that earns me a respectable wage. If I want to waste a Saturday playing Civilization, what of it? And if you want to use that time to do something else that you'd enjoy more, then more power to you. But why come in here and just be hateful?

when i was a kid i would play final fantasy 3 12 hours everyday =D

when i was in high school i played socom from when i got out of school around 2 pm til 3 am everyday =D

also i played madden 2005 for 7 hours a day in college... im still in college, video games is my Utopia =D
