I think it would be cool if they remade San Andreas map like they did to Liberty city. I think it would be cool if they remade San Andreas (The game) for the ps3, dont change nothin exept the graphics. I would buy it.
Personally, I'd absolutlely love seeing GTA set in my hometown of Manchester, just to be able to explore the places I know so well, and just recognise it.
Maybe even set in London, or Liverpool (prefered not to :P), as it would make a MASSIVE change to the American lifestyle that we have always seen and recognised. To be an English mobster would be an amazing (no, to you Americans, we dont all have the Queens accent) turn to the game franchise.
My idea for the story of gta 5 is as follows, Oh and if you dont have time to read this then dont bother. A young girl, Jessica is used to having everything, Hailing from Las Venturas her Sister Katherine tells her she is having trouble with some things in Willford City (Chicago) and needs some help. So Jessica, being a caring sister hops on a plane and arrives in Willford in the airport. She is greeted by Katherine who looks like a different person then the katherine she knew before their family got separated. Katherine reveals that she has become addicted to drugs and alchohol and needed jessica there to protect her from "violent men". Jess drives to their apartment where another old freind Farrah is waiting. Farrah and Jessica grew up together so they go back. This then brings up a cutscene of the "violent men" driving by in a Voodoo and shooting at the 3 girls which results in farrah getting shot multible times. Your first mission- get farrah to the hospital.Once you pass this mission Katherine tells you to visit her when you are confortable. Once you visit her this starts the second missions, which maybe would be called "Coke Hoax" where Jess would drive to a spot where some coke is suposidly waiting for Katherine but when you get there you realize it is a trap, you find an old basebal bat in an alleyway than have to fight off a few men before returning home. This mission would pay 50 dollars. The 3rd mission would be for Katherine and would be called "collection". KAtherine will give jess a knife and send her to get the coke from the dealer who ripped her off. You just have to scare the dealer into giving the coke back and fight off his guards. The reward would be a cellular phone. Jess is starting to realize that this is more than helping her sister. Farrah would call you from the hospital and ask you to visit. This triggers the 4th mission, "Fight for the right" Farrah is recovring well and she asks you to go prove something to some arrogant male pricks. She gives you the keys to a fast car ad tells you to prove to them women can drive too. The reward for this would be 100 dollars. After this Katherine calls you and asks you to visit her for mission 5 "Dealing with the Dealers". The dealers have been threating Katherine again and she has had it with them! She hands you a pistiol and polietly asks you to finish them off for her. This is a pretty easy mission. Its 3 dealers in 3 spots you just wipe out them and their guards and the mission is over. And you have an extra $250. After this Farrah and Katherine both have work for you. Katherine's mission, the 6th mission is called"Thats the stuff!". Your job is to saboatage a small time deal and getting any drugs from there you can. If you pass this mission you get $500 if you fail you get a hospital visit. The 7th mission is for farrah entitled "Vile Traitor". Your job is to hunt down a former member of the Russian gang AKA "Violent men" to find out anything you can about them and then once you get that info kill the 2 men who tried to kill farrah. A micro SMG is suggested. If you pass you get $530. You also find out the Former member's name is Ivan and he has some work for you. Mission 8 is for Ivan it is called "Special Delivery". You go to A enemy of Ivan's home discuised as his dealer and take him out. If you pass you get $600. Mission 9 is for ivan it is called "Setup". Ivan tells you to go meet some Russian mobsters to discuss a peace offering, he tells you to go alone and that this is top secret. When you arrive in the alley way you are cornered in by 5 armed russians and kidnapped. This blacks out the screen and when you are seeing from Jess's POV blinking eyes this triggers Mission 10 "The Escape" You are tied in a chair and see a knife so you must cut yourself out kill the guard and take his Micro SMG. Before leaving the room you are trapped in pick up so ammo as well. Then fight your way out of the Warehouse once you escape you rush to katherine and tell her of the news. Thats just a preview of the first 10 missions of GTA 5. Hope you liked it!

I guess you never played the expansion to the original GTA.. GTA: London. None of the GTA stories are linked.. they use different main characters. Claude the protagonist is 3 is seen in SA w/ Catalina the anatgonist in 3 who is stil a crazy robber. LCS links to 3 with Tony cipriani since you do a few missions for him in 3. And VCS plays a big part in VC, Since lance vance's story was set up and Victor was killed in VC

in the 11th mission jessica farrah and katherine all hook up and make out and make a new mafia called "the Dykes"...some of the violent men hear about women trying to take over town and rape all three of them causing jess to go get revenge....oh wait shed be too beat up...nah j/p i guess its a pretty goodidea but girl protagonist doesnt seem very GTA...i like how you came up with your own names though for the missions pretty cool
