Look bud.. I would have a PS3 if it wasn't $600, simply cannot afford it right now.. I can still talk about the console if I want. On these boards, I talked about the PSP and 360 years before I got them. I wish I could have every console, but I just can't.. To make you happy.. I don't like the matchmaking stuff on DS, I dont like that my 360 broke once (tho fixed for free), and I dont like that my PSP thumb nub moves to the left constantly. Did you really have to call me a fanboy? It's true i like the PS3 over the other consoles, but at least i don't bash what i don't like ( your welcome to look at my posting history and see that the only places i post is this forum and my union). Last time i checked, a fanboy is someone that bashes something it doesn't like with a passion, i don't think i fit that description. Now, if you call me a Playstation fan, i'll have to agree with you. Fanboy =/= Fan... Look at what you write every single day in this forum, nothing but bad comments about the PS3... You look more of a fanboy than me coming to a forum of a console that you obviously have nothing good to say about. If you want to bash it all day there's a place for this, System Wars.

I called you a fanboy cause you think that just people that don't have a PS3 dont like Home. That is blindsided fanboyism.... meaning, You don't even stop to think that even some PS3 owners are posting all over the net about how they don't really care for Home.. you are just automatically assuming its non-PS3 owners when its actually a mixed bag. You're right about me not being extremely happy about all of Sony's choices.. I mean they have been doing some really odd stuff. But I am a videogame fan, and a Playstation fan... and just because I dont agree with everything Sony is doing right at this moment doesnt mean I can't post here. BTW - A fanboy is someone that only sticks with one brand of console and is closed minded about everything else. ...which sounds more like you actually. I for one have never stuck with one brand of console for the 17 years I have been a gamer just because its that brand. If I did.. I would still be playing Atari Jaguar (which I still have btw :) )

Lol...I'm known as a troll cause I disagree with the almighty Sony from time to time. :) I have had every Playstation (PS1, PS2, and PSP).. only one I haven't owned yet is PS3.... not cause I am a fanboy, but because so far, I am not agreeing with what Sony thinks makes a good game machine. And FYI, I probably had an original PS1 before most people even knew what it was.

From time to time? You literally come in and talk about how the ps3 has no exclusives, how online sucks etc. I don't think that's time to time. That's every time. Also just because you owned a ps2 and ps1 doesn't mean you can't be a troll.

Its up to Sony :) Actually I have praised Sony about the PS3 before.. namely how ingenious it was of them to force a BluRay player on gamers to be early adopters to gain control of the next movie format. It was very smart of them, and it will work no doubt. I don't agree with the cutthroat tactic, but do think it was a smart move of them.

Sony is out of touch with gamers?

Since the release of PS3, gamers (users on this site, for example) have done nothing but trashed Sony's online when comparing it the Xbox Live.

Now Sony is going to release the most in-depth and advanced online system, doing exactly what gamers asked for, and yet you say they are out of touch? And not only is the system optional, its free.

So in 6 months, ask your self why you are still paying for Xbox Live when Sony's users are getting a better product...for free. So who is out of touch again?

Personally I could give a rats ass about Home. I wish sony would have used their time and resources on something else. What a waste. I mean come on everytime I want to listen to audio though my stereo receiver I have to swith the audio output how about fixing that, how about upscalling games to 1080p like xbox 360 does and not waste my tv with 720p. How about fixing compatability with upscalling ps2 games for high def tv. I have a home I don't want a fake onemfarris2006

Personally noone gives a rats ass what you think of Home. Sony is making updates for the problems you speak of. People act like its a one man team, where they cant do ANY multiple projects simultaneously.

seriously you just cant win, people start makin up how they dont like sony now cuz there on purpose trying to one up microsoft and nintendo well thats the industry thats how every industry basically works you gotta one up the competition.... home is an great idea, my friend who is an avid xbox fan agrees because he is not naive enough to let his bias get in the way of good and bad products.... the fact of the matter is sony does have a great idea here because for years online gaming has been about screens and screens of info before you just go directly into a game... finally i 3D environment where the person feels like they are acctually in an "online environment"... sony this is a great idea and for you nay sayers you gotta let go of your bias...

it free you dont have to do it. i w8 when fan boy come oveer the the ps3 form so they can talk smack. gamers play mmorpgs and this is like an mmorpg its the same thing.
