killzone 2 is almost dead

What is everyone talking about???? I bought this game last week and there are heaps of games with full players.

I like Killzone 2, but i dont like online play (in any game)...

There are still tons of games going on believe it or not (I'm on there right now) and they're either full or close to it. You're probably not digging deep enough for matches.

And the only reason why I think Killzone 2 will start to fade away is because of UC2. I don't think evn MW2 will be able to touch UC2 for a while but we shall see.

I've only played the demo but I thought it was a lot of fun. I've certainly played a pile of FPS's that weren't nearly as good.

Yea, crazy as may it seem but people are actually finding out that Killzone 2 isn't as good as it seems to be. The game got hyped so much that people wanted to buy it because of the graphics. Let me tell you that graphics don't make good games, gameplay makes great games.

I liked Killzone 2 a lot. Thought it was a really good game. I just rarely play ANY game online. Multiplayer gaming just doesn't hold my interest. So for me, once I finish the single player, I'm usually done.

I think a lot of PS3 users are in the same boat. People who are really into online gaming and multiplayer and/or FPS tend to buy the 360. It's why online games for the 360 usually go for a long time while many PS3 games eventually die down.

i was in a clan before and we had like over 50 people and weeks gone by n i notice the clan number activity got less and less. i checked the other day theres only like 4 people still playing and 2 are new people who just got the game lol

killzone 2 is awsome, but the games is the reason why people are leaving, all i can find is warzone or radec 100k

so its gets boring

what weneed is to make small games and mix the maps well

lol jeez ppl w.e do wat u like but theres plenty of ppl on killzone 2 and i think we will SOME decrease in the community when MW2 comes out but even then its doubtful cuz MW2 honestly just looks like MW 1.5 with new maps and few new guns and couple of new game modes. so again ppl if u wanted to play killzone or buy it, go for it dont listen to these comments cuz they are false.

Which is sad, easily one of the best FPSs this gen.

Still, it's not like it's hard to find a game.

Huh? I live in the UK and play in the EU region and there are always plenty of games to be found. Far from "dead."

Btw, to all the people who bought the game early and didn't like the controls, it's been patched. The controls are much better and smoother now thus making the MP really decent. Try it out again.

Killzone 2's multiplayer grows on you (like a certain STD). At least it grew on me.

after i beat killzone 2 and played online for like two weeks i just stop playing it after that..but really nba 2k9 took all my time up..but i still play killzone 2 once an awhile

so killzone fell off this fast? I guess its not as good as ppl say it is cuz if it was ppl would still be playing it I guess

I havent played it since, my Ps3 broke but I loved it. I mean not only are the graphics good, the gameplay is too, people were just spoiled by COD4 and think it's dumb because they weren't good and couldn't be as good as they were in COD4, but with more patience the game got way better. I don't know how true it is that Killzone 2 is dead because most people here stopped playing after a couple of weeks and the game was still strong, I'd rather hear this info from someone who still plays today because I always remember there being a full page of games.

Does anyone think its still worth it to get the map packs :? i really like killzone2 online but once MW2 comes out i think i will die so should i buy them now or not at all?

i sold my copy of that game, i like the game and everything but the multiplayer its just go crazy gernading and bazook everywhere which is bad ass but i got tired of playing that type of fps i still perfer cod over it i guess

it got powned by COD4 , 5 and modern warfare 2

It's still the only FPS besides COD4 to grab me enough to make it a usual in my PS3.
