There's actually a few here:
Prototype (I wanted to like it, returned it after having it for a couple hours. The only game I've played this gen that I can say I completely HATE).
Crysis 2 (not at all what I expected, poor framerate, horrendous AI, not what I figured would be the follow-up to the epic thing that Crysis 1 was made out to be).
Far Cry 2 (respawning enemies, driving forever, etc. Really too bad, I feel like that game had an insane amount of potential).
Final Fantasy XIII (I feel bad because I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. I got about 23 hours in and still couldn't connect to anything, and the combat--for all of it's praise in reviews--simply did not work for me).
Killzone 3 (I liked it overall, but felt like they could have done a lot more with characterization. Some things were a definite improvement over KZ2, but there were a few steps back. That and the ending literally made me mad. It just...happened).
Still, even with these few disappointments (and some I can't think of), it just makes me think how fortunate we've been this gen with good games. None of these are BAD games (well, Prototype is awful in my opinion :P), they're just not as great as I hoped they would be.
