Crysis 2 was a let down. Lack of vehicles , large-scaled map and how they twiddled with the features of the Nanosuit made it seriously uncomfortable for players of Crysis 1. The only improvement were the graphics IMO.
Final Fantasy XIII isn't quite so bad - early on just pressing the Auto Battle feature would pretty much do the trick but later on the bosses can really sweep you out of the ring if you don't plan out your tactics. Though the storyline was definitely horrid compared to the older series of FF.
Though all in all , the linearity , pathetically made characters and disappointing plotline kills it.
Last Rebellion was pretty bad as well. Bad physics and mechanics for it's system really kills off the game's value.
Duke Nukem Forever was overated - really now , if anyone enjoys it at all it must be the hype incurred by the trailers. The more I play it - the more ridiculously boring it becomes. If it was released like several years earlier it may be better than average but now? It'll be swept away in a moment.
Hyperdimension Neptunia was O.K but the jokes are really bad - or rather , their lame.
The only selling point of the game were the girls and everything else was a train wreck. The gameplay is somewhat unique but unrefined and developed.
I don't wanna be killed but I'd throw in LittleBigPlanet. Maybe I'm not into these kind of games but I can hardly get through two weeks of it.
I can't really see the point of bouncing about in a land full of sugar and rainbows whilst running to the end of the map.
Atelier Rorona was fairly unexpected. It features more responsibilities and missions rather than RPG combat.
I find myself rushing to hand in quest items on time rather than grinding on monsters to be honest - and the combat system in itself was pretty....bland.
Mmm... Can't think of anything else for now.
