Official Killzone 2 topic - KEEP IT HERE!

So is this warzone thing or whatever it's called the only multiplayer mode? Can they add like just team deathmatch with a patch?samuraisedge18

Wow I just went to 2 different EB games, to pre-order KZ2 and they were both sold out of the demo codes. Pre-ordered it anyway to make sure I get it on the 27th. But I'm pretty disappointed about the lack of a demo code. I hope people are in a sharing mood on the forums come feb 5th.navstar29

Has anyone here played the BETA? Do you or anyone else know the control scheme for Killzone 2 by any chance? For example, can you press L1 to look down the sights of your gun? Which buttons do what? Just wondering.codalloo

What?!? i really hope thats not the default control scheme

I rather have L1 and R3 switched. I think it makes much more sense to melee with the R3 and zoom with L1. Like every other FPS out

i think there is. trust me. from what i played, all the control schemes were pre-made, no custom. but you could find one that suits yourself. mine was Alternate 2. i think that switched the L1 and R3. its more CoD4 like, and i like it.

Does anyone know if it is going to support Split screen campaign mode and split screen online??

Also will they split it hoz or vertical??

We need more split screen, I cant afford 2 PS3's and two copies of a game. Came close in doing that with Battlefield...

I hope this is better than resistance 2. I like resistance 2 a lot but the single player was disappointing. Some of the online gameplay for k2 reminds me of cod4. Which is a good thing.samuraisedge18

Killzone 2 has really got me excited and got me pumped up for this next gen shooter. Ive heard its like cod 4 and i love cod4

I saw the killzowed cat thread and then saw the killzone countdown timer thing on www.vgwatchdog.com but wondered if its poss to use that swf file on my windows xp desktop?
