MGS4 LE. That was only because I'm a huge fan of the franchise.

Same here, I was a HUGE fan of MGS, so the extra price was almost an afterthought. Overall, the Halo 3 Legendary Edition (with cat-helmet) was the most I've ever spent on a game at $130.
EDIT: Brain fart. Rock Band was around $170. Good thing my friends and I have gotten our money's worth out of all of these expensive games.

yeah, but i didn't have any singular massive price for a game (I'm cheap, and i'm broke, I'm not going to pay more than $60 for a game, ever), so I had to make it sound good somehow :P Lol, $60 isn't cheap(unless you live in Australiar :P). Every game I've bought was for $20 or less. I don't see much point in buying games for over $20. There were some games I wanted that cost more than $20, but I have too many games anyway, so there's no point in getting them now since they'll drop in price sooner or later.

At EB Games! You are Australian, it costs more to license and ship a game to you. Also, you have a significantly weaker dollar then the US or Canada which also factors in to what your final price.

I don't think I'd be able to stomach paying $120 for one game. I just spent a little over $100 buying a PS 3 game and a Wii game. I've decided that I can buy ONE more game and after that, no more game buying until FF XIII. I have a wedding to plan.
