except technically the 60GB version is the best version the PS3 will have ever had.

I purchased my PS3 today 40gb and also purchased motorstorm. I am truly happy with it. Awesome machine indeed.

I bought my PS3 (60GB) when it got released in Australia. I somehow regret buying it so early because sometime in August - September the PS3 came with two games:

1. Resistence: Fall of Man

2. MotorStorm

And a extra controller for the same price. But besides that i'm happy with my PS3 (60GB).

yea i know what you mean man. exactly the same thing with me, i got it like right after it was released in Australia. but i got it for half-price because it came with my tv (Sony X Bravia) so yea. i got the free casino royale blu-ray as well. :D

i will never understand how people care so much about PS2 combatility on the PS3... Unless you sold your ps2 to finance the ps3 purchase, I dont understand the need to spend the extra cash. I highly doubt ps2 games played on ps3 look very different.

I purchased a 40gb Ps3 + Ratchet and Clank bundle from dell for $370 during boxing week. Very satisfied

i got 60GB PS3 that caught the Blu Flu

Blu Flu is the term for ps3 that won't read any games movies or CDs a dead Blu ray drive
