I've got about 80 hours in Demon's Souls, almost 100 in Fallout 3 (and the platinum :D), and about 60 in Oblivion. I just got it, but I predict that Borderlands will eventually join this list.

I believe Dragon Age: Origins gave me little over 170 hours combined in three play-through, I have also spent similar amount of hours with Killzone 2 online, Bad Company 2 and Uncharted 2.
In fact, I still continue playing Uncharted 2 online and seeing how many hour I already put into Killzone 3 beta, it's going to be another one worth the moneys spent, at least until Dragon Age 2 release.
oblivion without a doubt
replayed that game so many times with all expansion packs as well!
its such a good game and so much to do in it

im currently playing this and im stuck on the vampire cure mission, I read on the internet and yes there is a bug and mine is the goty edition, I will not buy another copy just to fix a bug, so im wondering should i just give up on this game, I mean there are plenty other games I can play.

It probably will if you like it. It definitely will if your friends like it.
I forgot to mention this in my post.
This game does give you a lot of play time. After finishing, you want to try one of the other character classes. I played through it once on my own. Another time with a friend online, and another friend that stops by has played through twice with me. That's 4 playthroughs of a significantly lengthy game that doubles in size with the dlc (which is also really good).
Definitely one of the best values of this generation.
Disgaea 3 - 170 hours
And i still haven't finished yet

How do you define *finished*? There's pretty much always something to do xD In my opinion I "finished" it after plating it, but there's still stuff to do, like killing the Prinny Baal Pirates with max stronger enemy bills on a rank 40 item in Loc on levels 90+ ^^

Try to have as much fun in the rest of the world as possible; does one mission being buggy mean you can't play any more?

Yes because then I have to stay as a vampire and I cant go out in daylight, people wont speak to me unless I feed, I didnt have to do any of this before I was a vampire. I mean how can i do missions when im a vampire. Please explain.
Call of duty, as much as i hate to say it.
Its such a mediocore game, i can't see what makes it good, but the hype and the popularity is just so high and my friends just don't play anything else. The amount of hours I've clocked sinced call of duty 2 must be REALLY high
Final Fantasy XIII, this one I don't regret.
Stunning visuals, epic gameplay and a heartwarming story. Final Fantasy XIII was amazing and gave me many hours of fun. I'm probably the only person looking forward to XIII-2.
Spyro, Rayman And Pokemon, my childhood in a nutshell.
Pokemon was my first game ever and I still love it to this day, and spyro and rayman I found later on when I got a PS1. I spent way to long on them games. Were did my childhood go?

Oh man, I guess I didn't really use basic vampire common sense on this one.... That really sucks for you - I guess try starting a new game? :(
You havn't played oblivion have you? lol thanks for the advice though proberly will start a new game :)
kaza7861
No, I have, but I haven't been able to get far into it because I've been playing other games. I really want Oblivion to somehow get trophies on the PS3, because that would motivate me a bit more. =P

If they released trophies for the ps3 version they would just be a port of the xbox achievements, which believe aren't that much to grind for. You get them for completing the main storyline and some for the arena, its nothing special. I'm sure Skyrim will have some epic trophies :Dwell I play CoD on another system but still feel that I should mention them - MW2 I have over 9 days combined for all the 3 modes and cod4 I have over 6 days online and have played through the campaign mulitple times
I've also put in around 160 hours into mgo and I've played through the mgs4 campaign 7 times
I'd say I have over 100 hours for midnight club LA

Sorry for the late response. My current goal is to defeat DLC bonus Baal, after that I'll be able to rest in peace. It's definately inFAMOUSfor me. I have no clue how many hours I have played it, but it is definately more than my other PS3 games

Yea, some of the best ps3 games don't have trophies (Oblivion, Valkyria Chronicles, Saints Row 2) so it's never bothered me.
Maybe it's because they're completely worthless.
Seriously, the only use I've ever gotten from the trophy lists is if I'm getting a friend something for his birthday and I need to check and see what he already has. Other than that, who cares. If the game's good you should be able to enjoy it without some arbitrary reward system.
I thought that was why they stopped tallying "points" in games back in the day: nobody gave a crap, they were more interested in the progression of the actual game.
If you like RPG, I would definatley advise Oblivion. So many quests etc, but my god you need to put the hours in. Great game for PC, especially with all the mods out now.
