So if Biden wins everything he is currently leading he gets to 270 exactly? That’s so insane! It’s like a movie script!

I guess Biden could still win more as votes being counted late seems to favor him everywhere.

What a crazy election!

Watching him walk out and essentially say "**** this shit, I've won", was comedy gold.

Gonna miss this Lord Trump.

man spends months railing against mail in ballots and urging his followers not to use them, then is shocked when they don't turn out in his favor..

Yeah it’s a shame they canceled him after just one season 😂. But if I lived in US I might have felt the same way. It’s more fun when there is an ocean between you and the ... whatever it’s called

Ha.

Their is something weirdly poetic about watching the fate of so many, one of the entire planet as we know its leading power, reduced to a little boy in the yard threatening to take his football home because he doesn't like the way the game is going.

Like, you get all those shitty un-funny SNL sketches with Alec Baldwin and what not.

Reality's way better.

I really underestimate this year's Election. I didn't think Trump would get this much support and if that wasn't the case, we would have had a winner by now. Hard to believe Trump supporters will accept his lies and as such. I'm truly shock how this is Turing out.

The USPS failed to Deliver 27% of mail-in ballots over at Florida: USPS statistics on mail-in ballots ‘look worse than they actually are’: report

South Florida includes Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, the largest Democratic stronghold in the state. President Donald Trump is projected to carry Florida by more than 3 percent, due in large part to an apparent giant drop in Democrats’ margin in the area.

This data comes after U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered USPS to inspect its facilities for lost mail-in ballots and deliver them on time. USPS refused to comply with the order, saying that it was not practical to do so. Sullivan is scheduled to hold a hearing later today about USPS non-compliance with his directive.

Jesus! We may not hear a winner sometime Thursday or Friday.

Looking at things now, there's no way Trump will choose to not go to court over this. He's already crying foul and is talking about making Wisconsin do a recount. smh I can't believe so many Republican voters support such a whiny, cry baby. 😑

The one positive that I noticed is the high voter turnout.

Everything else is why I despite the current voting system, from the antiquated electoral college system to how we cover political electoral process.

Until they actually announce it and everything is 100%, no one should be calling anything, at least imo. That being said, what's going on in Pennsylvania? I noticed they were still at 64% whereas others are nearing 100%.

Ok, I was just looking at voter counts. That sounds more reasonable actually. And better for US as the risk of an outdrawn legal battle reduces with a more decisive win.

this is a issue in fl. the amount of legal voter that cannot vote due to none payment of fee from jail.....

their over 1 million of them. most where not able to vote in this election. due to the gov and state body attempt to keep blocking a law that was voted on by most fl voters.

It's like one of those 90s sport movie scripts where they come from behind to win at the last play.

I'm just here to see the biggest breakdown in political histoey if trump ends up losing and all the drama which follows.

His dictator speech last night about clamining victory and wishing to put a stop to more vote counting was probably the clearest sign of a president blatantly undermining the democratic process we have ever seen, and to then have Pence immediately undermine his words put into persepctice just how over the line his comments were.

Fascinating.

When I went to sleep last night (in Australia), Biden needed to hold Nevada and Wisconsin and flip Michigan to win.

When I woke up...Biden has held Nevada (so far), flipped Wisconsin, and has flipped Michigan (so far). Plus some of the missing postal votes might appear in other states...

There might be some upside to 2020 after all.

Looking like georgia might still flip. Enough votes are outstanding in d heavy counties that biden might just win it outside of recount territory.

tbf. it's not like people weren't saying for weeks that due to the large amounts of mail-in ballots cast that the results would be skewed at first. many states were not permitted by their laws to count mail-in ballots until election day. in some cases they were not even allowed to start counting until the state's polls closed.

interesting to see the process unfold though

If you look at the voting map, major cities almost always vote Democrat - and Atlanta seems to be the only place with voted remaining.

I cam definitely see Biden closing the gap. I'm not sure if he will win it though.

Actually, yes, I did notice that as well. Trump started ranting about voter fraud, how the Democrats were going to try to win in court, how he was going to try to win in court, and how he had already won...and then he asked Pence to speak. Pence then said "our democratic process is one of the best in the world" and "we are on the path to victory" - so he really clearly disagreed with Trump there.

A lot of pro trump rural counties are like 95%+ reported on NYT right now. Some of the big atlanta counties also have a lot of votes to count still.

Amusing how some cocky voices earlier ITT have suddenly grown silent.
