You claimed the Dreamers were not breaking any laws by following the DACA, which is factual untrue.

DACA is just a temporary protection against being deported , not a pardon, Especially since the president does not have the right which you saw when Obama lost with DAPA.

And you keep deflecting and remaking facts.

What laws are they breaking?

None. He's making things up.

Participating and following in DACA is not an illegal action.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deferred_Action_for_Childhood_Arrivals

He could state that in his opinion DACA itself as an EO is "illegal", but the members themselves are not committing any actual crimes by signing up to the program. That is some next level stupid shit.

Again with making up your own facts. Don´t you ever get tired of being wrong?

They are breaking immigration laws by being in the us and they committed a crime when they first entered the country, DACA does not act as a pardon , it´s a 2 year protection against deportation.

Wrong. No were is it stated that by becoming a DACA recipient you are directly committing an illegal action. The act of following DACA is not an illegal action. The Dreamers did not commit crimes by following DACA protocol and rules, or due to DACA. Where are you getting this nonsense from? 4Chan?

No were did I state DACA was not temporary or a pardon. Fiction.

At least you dropped the lie that I stated Dreamers were "not illegals". No quote either, so you conceded as well. Nice. You're learning. When you're done making things up about what I said, we can get back on topic:

http://www.npr.org/2017/09/06/548882071/fact-check-are-daca-recipients-stealing-jobs-away-from-other-americans

FACT CHECK: Are DACA Recipients Stealing Jobs Away From Other Americans?

On a large scale or in the long run, there is no reason to think DACA recipients have a major deleterious effect on American workers' employment chances. What's more, some economists believe DACA is actually a boost to the economy.

Nice try. You keep rewriting your comments meaning to fit the narrative you want to portray, once you get called out you backpedal and continue down another road instead of just admitting your error.

And which lie, you clearly said multiple times they were not illegals.

Also what is with the going off-topic? i could not care less if they take jobs or not. They are illegally in the us and have decided that laws are not for them, Which makes them better far away from the US. If they decide to be law-abiding people and want to come to the us, they can apply through proper channels not cheat and be morally corrupt.

What laws are they breaking? They were children when their parents came over and made no decision to enter the country illegally.

Immigration laws which includes overstaying.

And for those who have been deported and come back, they are committing a federal crime with real jail time included.

And it does not matter if they were kids when they came, they are still illegals.

Citation. Now.

I can not believe we are having a 3 page long "debate" on whether I said something or not - when you can just scroll up and see I never said it. Literally.

What kind of debating technique is that?

Not once did I suggest Dreamers were not illegals. Never. Not even close to it. I merely said DACA itself was not illegal to follow.

Fluff, I never said that border crossing was legal via DACA, absolving such crimes. I'm talking about the act of following DACA. They are not directly committing illegal action by participating in DACA. I know DACA is not a pardon. Signing up to and following DACA's deferment program is not illegal. I know it's a 2 year deferment, not legalization. I have always known these things.

My point was the main illegal action they committed was not their fault (parents taking them in illegally, although doesn't absolve them), and due to DACA there was not any additional illegal action. Being a DACA recipient is not a crime. The point being they've just been following the rules that have been presented to them since children. How did such a simple sentence result in thread death. Sigh.

You need to read a bit more on DACA. This is getting bad for you.

So yes they are breaking the law by staying, again all DACA does is put a halt to their deportation.

I can not believe you keep acting like you are right. Again with the ego and the believe that what you say is correct.

The law is the law, you may want to at least try to get to terms with that.

Save your fiction. You've lost every debate you've engaged me with, via factual data. Gallup, RJI, and Pew still got your number.

This is no different. I'm sorry you mid-understood my posts, but you should clearly understand what I meant now. I've explained it to you over and over again on this page. The actual act of participating and following DACA is not illegal, I'm trying to make these sentences very deliberate for you now since there appears to be a disconnect. IE: What law are they breaking due to the Deferred Action? I'm sorry if I didn't make my initial post and sentences clear enough, although it appears the issue was on your end:

Lets go back on topic:

Poll: Majority oppose deporting DACA recipients

Support for allowing these immigrants to remain in the U.S. spans across party lines: 84 percent of Democrats, 74 percent of independents and 69 percent of Republicans think they should stay.

If the government gave them the right to stay then it's not illegal. Honestly a child in grade school could figure that out. Government makes laws. Giving someone the right to stay for a set period takes illegality out of it. They have been given permission. Period.

Saying the same thing over and over again does not mean your circular logic is correct.

And the government did not give them the legal right to stay in the country, they gave them a deferred action on deportation. Which means all the government is doing is closing their eyes, as to their illegal actions. Not that they are suddenly legal.

It´s like with Sanctuary cities, the fact that there is some mayors and governors and state representatives, who is closing their eyes to illegals, does not mean they are not illegally here.

First....your buzzword of circular logic is being applied incorrectly.

Second....as I said the government gave them the right to stay for x time which means they are not illegal at that point since the government gave the right.

Third.....weren't your touting state's rights awhile ago or does that only apply when you agree?
