I say the Heat only because I enjoy watching the Lakers lose, and also because if they play like they played against the Bucks last night, it should be an easy contest.

Lakers. Hopefully everyone is feeling great before game time because I want to see a game. Lakers though are the complete team, the HEAT arent. Lakers should win.

As much as I want to see the Heat win, I think the Lakers will pull it off. I just hope it's a close, exciting game. Hopefully the Heat will win the rematch when they are the home team.

Here is hoping D-Wade goes off and kobe gets ejected again. Nah, but really if the game is in LA then the Lakers will probably win.

I'll go with the Lakers. They will bounce back after that loss to the Bucks.

I like both teams but I am rooting for the Heat...sorry Lakers.

I really don't know. Could go either way. I really hate how people keep saying that the Heat are not a complete team because of the injuries and stuff. It's true but when you have 3 huge players in Wade, Lebron and Bosh that shouldn't matter (at least not in the regular season).

Lakers. The Heat don't have the size to compete with Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum as well as Lamar Odom. Not to mention they have the best player in the NBA.

I am a Miami fan so of course I will say Heat but ask me that a few weeks ago and I thought for sure the Lakers would kill us. Now its the Lakers struggling and we are playing much better. I just want to see the Heat beat one of the very best teams in the league.dvader654
Yeah, that would be nice so the whole debate about "can the Heat defeat teams who are serious contenders for the championship" nonsense can end, or at least be seriously dumbed down.

I'm glad the Heat are playing better then they were to start the season because now it gives us a good game to watch. I think it'll be close, Kobe has been waiting and wanting this matchup more then anyone and he's going to come up firing, Lakers will pull it out in the end though like Dallas did to them

I'm a big fan of Kobe, can't stay LeBron, but love D-Wade so I guess I have to go Heat....but hopefully LeBron has a terrible game, and it's a duel between D-Wade and Kobe, the real best 2 players in the league

Miami should win this to prove that they are a good team. For L.A. they should beat Miami to remove doubts on their abilities for a 3-peat. I used to be a Lakers fan but now I'm just a fan of basketball.

We gotta start scoring and quit leaving the 3 point shooters so wide open. Lot of time left and its still close so hopefully LA can turn it around

Didn't think the Heat would blow LA out, but I'm happy nonetheless. Fantastic game for the Heat, and a quality win against a great team.

Seems they were right

Kobe can't move like he used to and the Lakers are a product of a pathetically weak schedule this season

I suspected this would happen, sooner or later the Lakers will be over the hill and just won't hang, or it can be another case if a team stepping up to play against them, but in the playoffs it will be a different story.

Wait what? 82 games, i'm guessing you play your conference a hand full of times and every East team at least once, aren't they all pretty much the same kind of schedules?

a bet people are panicking screaming the LAKERS are doomed. I only seen half of the game and it looked like the LAKERS were sleeping compared to the HEAT. No energy. I guess they are saving it for the playoffs.

Over the course of the season, yeah. But so far the Lakers have had one of the easiest schedules in the league. That'll change though, considering the state of the Western and Eastern conferences as a whole.

Even the great teams hit a little bit of a funk at times. The Heat started off slow and everyone panicked. They look awesome now.

I'm sure the Lakers will be back soon enough. This is coming from a Heat fan, too.

Yeah, they beat the NBA Champions easily. Whether they can do it in a Playoff atmosphere is a different story, but I hope people stop bringing up the debate of whether they can defeat .500+ teams already.

And LeBron 5-6 from behind the 3pt line? Daaaamn. I might have to start worrying about my Celtics soon...

What a disappointing game. I know it's one game and Lakers lost to LeBron last year and the Lakers still won it all, but I'm still disappointed. I wanted to see a great game that's close and down to the wire, not a blow out.

Well I thought the Lakers would of made it a closer game but I can understand losing to a good team like the Heat.

The really surprisng loss was the blowout by the Bucks. I Didnt even know until they mentioned it on air today and Im pretty sure I heard correctly. Thats just ugly and I didnt even see it.

On a side note, anyone hear Jeff Van Gundy say Wade was the SECOND best player on the Heat? Them fighting words :P I mean it's Wade's team first which I know doesnt necessarily make him the best player but I'm surprised he'd voice that on TV. IMO Wade and Lebron are pretty equal.

Bosh is better than I thought. I never payed much attention to him on the Raptors, I just knew he was their leader.

Michael Jordan once shot 9-25 in a game 7, no one says anything. Guess he doesn't get it done either
