It's a huge tragedy. I'm a big fan of Mcnair, but what he was doing was wrong. Dating a 20 year old? In the car when she had a DUI days before? What was he thinking? So sad...And bad to worse
His wife has been trying to contact him for days and he's been dating Sahel Kazemi for months
I hate things like this, I really hope there's some sort of explaination to explain all of this.

This is what happens when you get involved with crazy b*****s :|X360PS3AMD05he was trickin her. At the end, he got tricked...
Agreed. He got what he deserved imo. I dont care what anybody says you cant justify what he was doing. Dude was married with kids and he was caught up being with another woman. I pray that God gives both families strength to get through this. Especially his wife and sons. It must be excruciating having to tell your childrentheir dad is dead and how he died with another woman.loved the player....hate the man.

"What he deserved", was pretty harsh, but as you said, poor choice of words. I would say if things are as the police are looking at them, (murder/suicide) it's definitely a situation that he should not have put himself in in the first place. It's going to be really tough for his wife and four boys living with the knowledge of how completely unneccessary this tragedy was, I wish them the best in the tough times ahead.

Is it confirmed that he was cheating on his wife? Or is the murder/suicide idea still just a theory? If it's true then I have lost all respect for McNair. I watch all of these players along with the news media make the guy out to be such a great person on TV, yet he died while cheating on his wife? Greatlimpbizkit818While I do not support cheating, it isn't fair to flat out say McNair was an "ass" basically. We don't know why he did it. Maybe they were on a "break". Maybe she had cheated on him before. Who knows?
I saw a video of McNair and this woman para-sailing together, poor guy looked like he was in love.
But I wonder why a celebrity would be okay with a video being made with another woman if what he were doing was wrong, perhaps he truly was seperated from his wife and looking to move on. Let's not judge the guy.

Murder/Suicide, it isnt confirmed, but from the first night of reading detail, its sounds like it. The door was locked, no sign of forced entry, he was shot twice in the head, twice in the body, his girlfriend was shot once in the head, on the side. Also, breaking news, Police believe the gun was hers, she owned it.
It turns out he wanted to divorce, well at least that is what he told her, in two weeks. He was not separated from his wife. So maybe he changed his mind and that is when she shot him. http://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nfl/2009-07-05-steve-mcnair-cover_N.htm?csp=34I saw a video of McNair and this woman para-sailing together, poor guy looked like he was in love.

But I have my doubts she ever cheated on him. But the point is moot. He got caught up doing something he should not have been doing and he paid for it with his life.

It's a shame that already people are saying "only remember this part of him"
It shouldn't be like this. I mean the guy was always in the conversation for the NFL Man of the Year.

MoonMarvelI did lose some respect for cheating, but I still consider how he paved the way for more African Americans to play Qb in the NFL, his humanitarian work for organizations, his toughness on the field, his leadership to his teammates, and how he helped the victims in Katrina. I will remember McNair as a courageous person, but it is a wakeup call showing professional athlete's personal lives are flawed. But that doesn't take it away from the legacy I will see from him and remember him.
