Imagine you born again and you're going to play only one Final Fantasy

The question is simple, imagine you havent played any final fantasy and you only can play one in your whole life...

That would be?

Final Fantasy 12, because you can get the most out of your money. It has even gone down in price, and it's got a great battle system. I've spent close to 200 hours at least when playing this game, because I've restarted before, and I've gotten game overs too which doesn't add up the time too. There are tons of special end game things to do, and it features a decent story. There's endless customization for character abilities, and weapons galore!

Another person who thinks FF started with FFVII ?

In these choices I would pick FFXII.

I agree with Locke. Out of this list, I pick FF12. But um....whatever happened to FF1-6? They exist too....

Yea I really liked A Link to the Past, but Ocarina of Time is my favourite Zelda game. It's just so...epic. It was also my first Zelda game I ever played (crazy, I know.) I just remember being so wowed by the scope of that game. It had everything - deserts, lakes, a huge field, an amazing storyline, really varied characters. It was so overwhelming but so fantastic at the same time. *reminisces* I love you Ocarina of Time! :P

I do tend to get urges to play FFIV and FFVI on the SNES too. (I just love playing FF on the SNES).That sucks that yours is broken. :( I think mine is going to die soon...it tends to crash unexpectedly. And my NES just died the other day, I was really sad. It died right when me and one of my friends were going to play Dragon Warrior on it.

No FFIX either? :( That is one of my favorites of em all too, I would choose that one over all of them, but from that list I would have to say VII, my other top fav from the series.kryu88

I love the classics more, however the best one up there in overall gameplay, replay value, and time spent would be Final Fantasy XII in my opinion. I'm not voting for FFVII because it wasn't THAT great, Final Fantasy VIII seemed to really disapoint me, I don't even see IX.....Final fantasy X was pretty good but not the best up there, so my choice was XII.
