There's a crapload of sites out there that could teach you. I think the only drawback is that once you get emulators on it, you can't update your PSP or buy any games that update your PSP for you (otherwise they'll go away). Or maybe the homebrew community fixed that drawback already...Not sure...

They already did. Im using a hacked version of 3.52. I also have SNES and NES emulators on it. and the PSone emulation is just using the emulatator sony has in the PSP that plays PSone games you buy from the PSN Store on a PS3 so it plays the games perfectly fine. I just need ti fix one thing with my FFVII-I cant load up my file when I get to disk 2 which is a very easy fix. Slim PSPs arent capable of this much homebrewing though FYI. And kind of slowed down the homebreweres now they have to work with two configurations.....but updating the hack firmware with more up to date hacks so you can use homebrew/play new games isnt hard at all. takes me maybe....10 minutes?Cronaroth

Wow, I didn't think it'd be so uncomfortable. Most game sites say the slim is more comfortable, but, the boost in load times isnt too significiant. I've used the original a bunch of times and it was only uncomfortable when playing Guilty Gear for bout anhour(Megaman X started uncomfortable, but, it was my fault for using the tip of my thumbs instead of the ball-joint, and Tekken felt fine -only games I've really played on it-). I've seen the slim up-close though and it did seem a lil smaller and somewhat lighter from what I was used to.

Celes, I'd suggest if you can find a used version of the old system to test out. Heh heh, I dont know how my hands are compared to yours, but, original PSP worked out ok for me for the most part, and it probably favors small hands. Maybe Cronaroth can help more on this.

Also in comparision-the switch from DS to DS Lite feels like an actual improvement. The DS Lite feels light of course but the whole design was improved. This looks barely shrunken down. Its just the weight is so gone it feels awkward and it feels like a POS. I know someone who got a PSP Slim only cause they busted their fat PSP's UMD drive and they miss using the fat one due to the fact the thin one while comfortable-just does not feel up to the task of lasting.
