1.Superior multiplats let's face it what's the majority of a consoles library ? The multiplats.So why have a better 10% when you can have a better 90% ? 360 multiplats look better and have better framerate almost all the time.2.More Single A double A and triple A games (A-AA-AAA) This is factual the xbox 360 has more critically acclaimed games both retail and downloadable (more quality games) 3.Superior Online sure you have to pay for it but its worth it, you can't toss out wopper money every month ? For superior online And superior multiplats experience its wells worth it 4.XBLA gets more A-AA-AAA games Then PSN every year this isn't arguable the numbers speak for themselves(more quality downloadable games) 5.Kinect has more Critically acclaimed games then move and is more original concept then move 6.BC with xbox games(UNLIKE CURRENT PS3 MODELS) 7.Can play music while gaming How many times you wanted to listen to some tunes but couldn't on the ps3 ? you'd have to use a external device to get the same experience while on the 360 you just need 1 thing. 8.More games overall XBLA kicks the **** out of psn in games numbers every year with developer support and independent developers.In metacritic 360 game library is 14 pages long while ps3's is 4 9.Is cheaper to develop for 10.Outselling ps3 Sure sales doesn't equal quality but sales equals more developer support .The superior multiplats and pc/360 multiplats not on ps3 shows that. ps3s exclusives alone are enough for me to not bother with the 360, that console is on life support right now, i can get better quality with the ps3, those arguments you made are grasping for straws, and is soooo 2007 ;)

Exactly... The only 2 games that I want to play on 360 are Gears & Mass Effect. Now that ME is on PS3, it's not worth having a 360.

I never called Sony evil. I have a bias for Xbox 360. You seem to have a bias for Ps3. Pretty simple. It's the nature of system wars here.

I appreciate your attempt and while I agree with many of your opinions. Lets face it, the 360 is not ahead of ps3 in sales because its a failure by any stretch. Extremely good library, consistant multiplat quality, extremely good online and xbl games are amazing, pretty tough to say psn has the edge there. The problem with this thread is your trying to convince a thousand kool aid drinking gamers who wake up every morning and scream RIIIIIDGE RAAAAACER!!!

I have both systems. 3 360s and 2 ps3s. I like them both but I will give you my opinions on why I prefer 360 for the majority of my gaming needs.

In no particular order.

1. I like the controller better. I think its more ergonomically confortable and I enjoy the triggers, weight, and place of the dual analog sticks.

2. The online is better. I use PSN all the time. But would prefer it to have to download speeds, stability, GUI interface, and content that Xbox live delivers like party chat, demos for almost all games available. Extra features etc

3. Even though multiplatform games don't look significantly different. In almost the majority of cases, the xbox 360 is the clear winner in graphics, performance or both. Blame it on ease of development, being the lead console, or better hardware eg. GPU etc etc. Doesn't matter. I like to get the best possible experience on consoles when I'm playing on my 55 inch HDTV.

90%? how so. In order to present that statement as fact you'd have to cite 90% of every multiplat between the two where the 360 is indeed superior to the PS3. That's a whole lot of games to prove a fairly blanket statement. Offhand, I can only really think of a handful of titles (Ghostbusters, Bayonetta, Oblivion (pre-patch), and maybe Read Dead Redemption. And you don't take into account that some multiplats are superior on the PS3 (Dragon Age: Origins, Final Fantasy XIII, Dead Space 2).

Pretty debatable. I like XBL better, but then again, PSN is free. Furthermore, as far as simply playing online, I believe the PS3 has more dedicated servers for its games, which actually provides a higher quality, lag-free experience.

I play games, not sales. And what are those 360/PC multiplats? Left 4 Dead? ME1? Gears? That's like, 3 titles.

I don't envy you. You're missing out on some great games on the PS3, and Wii for that matter.

MY Opionion: Exclusive games are generally the best games on a console. Uncharted, Gears, Halo, Forza, Killzone, these exclusive franchises are the best games on the consoles. So that first point of yours is such BS. Still opinion!!!
