Hmmm not sure whether this thread is serious. I own both 360 an PS3 and they've both got strengths and weaknesses. Best thing I can say about the 360 is that their controllers are infinitely better and XBL wipes the floor with PSN. The 360 doesn't have many AAA exclusives anymore but XBLA is full of quality titles not available any where else - Trials HD, Super Meat Boy, shadow complex, geometry wars. PS3 can't touch these

i agree, the 360's lack of future exclusives (that we know about at least) is disheartening but to call a well regarded franchise like project gotham racing a joke is pushing it a bit. and no, i'm not really a numbers guy, but that is a big part of system wars whether you like it or not. gamers have been playing the numbers game since the NES days.

1.Superior multiplats let's face it what's the majority of a consoles library ? The multiplats.So why have a better 10% when you can have a better 90% ? 360 multiplats look better and have better framerate almost all the time.

Its all in which platform was the first to build on.

2.More Single A double A and triple A games (A-AA-AAA) This is factual the xbox 360 has more critically acclaimed games both retail and downloadable (more quality games)

I think PS3 has more Exclusive AAAA,AAA and AA.

3.Superior Online sure you have to pay for it but its worth it, you can't toss out wopper money every month ? For superior online And superior multiplats experience its wells worth it

Lots of PS3 games have had dedicated servers where the 360 had p2p. How is that better? Also last MP award on Gamespot went to Killzone 2 MP.

4.XBLA gets more A-AA-AAA games Then PSN every year this isn't arguable the numbers speak for themselves(more quality downloadable games)

Not sure of this, but half of PSN and XBLA is shoval ware.

5.Kinect has more Critically acclaimed games then move and is more original concept then move

PS3 top 25 highest rated games has a better rating than the top 25 xbox games on metacritic. In fact only reason xbox has higher rated games is because they have more games so it's just like a monkey with a typewriter but PS3 has a much higher average than the xbox's games. The only thing I agree about is the music thing and slightly the multiplat thing but the xbox has only a very slight a advantage there and it can't compensate for lack of good exclusives. What good exclusives does the xbox have anyway?

Alot of what you said tc is just opinion. People have already corrected you so I see almost no need to also correct you but I will through in a few things.

Some multiplats are better for 360 because they are developed for the 360 and then reformated for the ps3 which isn't good. This also happens for ps3 to 360. The reason this is done is because like you said it is cheaper to dev for the 360 over the ps3 and it is easier, but this by no means that the 360 is better. Look at the exclusives for the ps3 compared to the ones on the 360? The ps3 exclusives are better and look better becasue when the system is handled with a good team you get a good game. (opinion) Today dev teams have worked harder and now the difference is only slight and the only reason why gamers know the difference are because of websites that compare multiplat games for hours on end only to find two pixels that look better for the 360 over ps3.

When both systems came out you might have been correct in most of you statements but now they are all washed up becauase sony has picked up the slack and has improved. Now the M$ is lacking and they don't seem to be picking anything up. The kinect (opinion) was a flop and didn't work like everyone thought it was going to. Almost everything that xbl offers you, you can turn on a computer and (for some just my android phone) and get it completly free. With the ps3 you can get it free since it has a browser.

When you look at games what games does the 360 have that are significanlty better then a ps3 game? 360 has Halo, Gears, Forza, Fable, and the rest are multi so it doesn't matter. Ps3 has MGS4, Uncharted, Killzone, Resistence, Little Big Planet, God of War. What's funny is that when the ps3 came out and their sales weren't good they were paying dev teams to give their systems extra content, but now M$ is doing it. They are doing it with DLC.

Something I also find funny is that Cliff is making bulletstorm a multiplat. They will probably be making it with the 360 first and reformating it for the ps3, but in an interview about the game Cliff even said himself that it was to work with the bluray with the ps3 because they had more room to add more. (check me on that, may not be word for word.)

Your argument is old and dated tc. What's funny is that the ps3 is going to be like the ps2 and live for quiet some time. The only reason I see the ps4 coming out is because the ps3 can't do something that they want it to do which is very unlikely. The bluray support will keep the ps3 alive for quiet some time whether you like it or not. If you don't belive me look up all the companies that support bluray.

1. Many more Multi-Plats look better on the 360 than vice versa. Opinion, but a widely held one. Confirmed somewhat by numerous in depth comparisons. Differences are largely minimal and most reasonable people would not consider this a reason one console is better than the other. That last statement is also opinion, but also a widely held one.
2. Larger number of 7.0 and up games. True.
3. X-Box Live is Better. Opinion. In my own opinion I would rather have free online on my 360, although I completely understand and acknowledge what I see as the benefits of XBL, which I do regard as superior.
4. Larger number of 7.0 and up downloadable games. True
5. A.) Kinect has more 7.0 and up games than move. B.)Kinect is more innovative than Move. The first statement is probably untrue if you include Move compatible games, which I would if I owned Move. The second statement is opinion and I would agree with it.
6. Largely Backward Compatible unlike current PS3 models. True, although surely you would acknowledge if you owned one of those launch PS3s this reason would be quite shady to you.
7. Custom soundtracks in games. Qualified. True that XB360 always allows and PS3 doesn't. However, many PS3 games do support custom soundtracks.
8. More games period, regardless of score. True.
9. It is cheaper to develop for the 360. This may be true, but I can't confirm beyond listing a few quotes here and there. If it can be proved, the burden of providing proof is on you, TC.
10. A.) The 360 has higher overall sales. True. B.) Those sales translate into increased support. Too difficult to quantify. The PS3's increasingly getting unique support from certain Japanese developers, that is likely because of its dominance in that region. An occurance that seems to lend some credence to your statement. However, the 360 has titles like Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper and the upcoming Gray Matter, titles whose largest audience is in Europe, where it is not a dominant console. That seems to belie your point. I suspect the fact is many things go into a developers decision of which console will guarantee better sales for their software, not merely sales of the hardware itself and while that is likely a factor, with the sales near each other worldwide I doubt you could point to overall support being higher based on sales.

While I prefer the Xbox 360 myself, these "factual reasons" are mostly made up of opinions.
