Graphics don't suck, I don't have to play my games with a crayon, I don't have to answer to chicks as to why I have a pokeball in my pocket, pokemon sucks, I can't count the amount of pixels on one hand, and no metal gear. Why can't people just admit that with graphics like God of War with lots of blood that psp is made for adults while DS, where the bulk of the games is about petting dogs and playing dress up, is made for toddlers.

When will you fanboys get it through your heads that a game does not need blood spraying all over the screen to appeal to adult audiences? Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, Advance Wars; Days of Ruin, Final Fantasy IV, Dragon Quest IV, V, VI and IX, the DS Castlevania games, and the Ace Attorney games are all games that touch on "mature" themes and most them have minimal(if any) blood.
And the idea of a "Mature" system is the dumbest argument I have ever heard in my life. Is Mortal Kombat a more mature game then a Ace Attorney game just because countless bones and gallons of blood spray all over the screen? There is a point where blood stops being mature and just seems silly.
The DS has "M" rated games, try doing some research before you make claims about it being only a "kiddie" system. But even so, what's wrong with a system that targets younger gamers? Ins't the point of a system to reach the largest audience possible?
As for Metal Gear, congrats on having that on the PSP. The DS has Dragon Quest, so I call it even.
It's not about blood spray it's the image seen what do you see on DS ? hundreds and hundreds of games like this
Virtual Villagers A New Home, Sonny with a Chance. Jam with the band, Petz Family, Easy Learning Discover our World, Peppa Pig, Left Brain Right Brain 2, Let's Draw, Foto Frenzy, Diva Girls Diva Ballerina and so on.
with thousands of games like this coming for ds every month what audience do you think nintendo is after ?
The PSP does not have garbage like that... and has games that are adult oriented like God of War, Medal of Honor, Resistance, Call of Duty, Medal of Honor.
that's it target audience gamers in general.
sure the ds has alot of games with gamers in mind like mario and zelda but as I have proven the majority is games for kids and toddlers and if you say that is false you are a fanboy because it's true go to your local gamestore nintendo is after what makes money even if it means selling their soul which leaves a stain on the ds library.
This is what you mostly see in gamestore tons and tons of this which is why DS is mostly kiddie for toddlers and PSP is mostly for gamers whether you like it or not that's the image most people see.
my friends when they pass gamestop the only reason they go to the ds isle is to laugh at the games, we were having a field day looking at imagine babiez
First off, I'm not a fanboy, I support all systems equally as long as they receive quality games. And you're wrong, the PSP does get garbage like those games you listed, but in far smaller numbers. Guess what, I don't care if those games don't exist as long as the quality titles keep coming. Nintendo is after a general audience, which includes both gamers and casuals.
If the DS was not a fruitful system for gamers, then why does Square Enix, Sega, Capcom, Konami, Tecmo, Namco Bandai, and other third party developers support it? Square Enix has given the DS Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Kingdom Hearts, Mana, and a new IP. Konami has given the DS three Castlevania games and some other IPs. Sega has given the DS three Sonic games, a Shining Force game, Phantasy Star, and again, some new IPs. And that's not even counting the othe quality games on the DS.
Let me explain a simple concept to you, all systems get crappy games especially the popular ones. I'll bet you that the crap games easily outnumber the good ones on the PS1, PS2, NES, SNES, Genesis, Game Boy, GBA, and Wii. Your argument would be revelant if the DS was like the Wii with very few quality releases, but even that can't work since the DS sees more quality games on a regular basis.
Using your logic, I can call the PS2 a crappy system because it has Friends: The One with All the Trivia, Barbie Horse Adventures: Wild Horse Adventures, and other crappy games on it. Oh my god!!! SONY Sold their soul to appeal to casuals!! A Friends and Barbie Game is on the PS2!!!!!!!!!!!! SONY no longer cares for the core gamer!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, do you even relalize how stupid that argument is? Do people call the SNES a horrible system because it had Captain Novolin and Rap Jam on it?
I go shopping at Gamestop for DS, and I've had no trouble finding quality titles. Is there crap? Hell ya, but the same could be said when I shop for PS2 games. Maybe your friends should spend less time laughing at the casual DS titles and pay attention. You maybe suprised by some of the quality titles.
And I love how you are calling out Nintendo for wanting to make money. I guess I forgot that companies aren't supposed to make money with their products. Trust me, if the quality titles stopped coming, I would be upset with Nintendo. Sega was the only console manufacture that I'm a fanboy of, so don't confuse for a blind Nintendo fanboy.
I don't give a damn if someone is playing Cooking Mama or raising puppies on their DS as long as I keep getting titles like Final Fantasy IV, Dragon Quest V, Sonic Rush, Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword, or Castlevania on my DS.
I appulad Nintendo for reaching an untapped market with the DS. As long as the quality titles keep coming, I'll be a happy customer. I've been gaming since the Sega Genesis, and the DS is one of the best systems I have ever owned.
