The thing is, only a couple of them even got to play Ninja Gaiden 2, whereas it seems most of the office got to play DMC4 as it was brought in to most major publications. Pretty sure that Shane dude who was comparing NG2 vs. DMC4 did not get to play NG2 yet, so hi is purely basing his opinion off of having just watched the same gameplay we've watched.

You can claim this isn't x360 vs PS3, but your comments say otherwise:

Yeah, I was watching their podcast on Mass Effect, and it hurt my ears and eyes. Its like none of them even tried to get the most out of the game. They all seemed so unimpressed by it.

vidz I saw of the crappy ground textures that DMC4 hadare good??? anyways we will see... DMC4 is almost finished if not already finished.. NG2 has still time and I havent seen that much of NG2 + the fact that DMC4 is multiplat. :D

I thought capcom builds games on the 360 and then port it to PS3, that way they save a lot of money... SO I believe the PS3 version is better when I see. I heard the same ol' song and in the end 360 has the inferior version.

Based upon their podcasts and reviews, they don't take the time to step outside of their own opinions when considering what they are going to say in a review/preview. When a journalist writes about a game, they need to step outside their own views regarding a genre or platform or game title and take into consideration the fact that they are writing this for the masses. They are writing it as a reference for those who may be considering purchasing the game, and have a difference of opinion. They don't seem to step outside their own opinions as they should. Their reviews and writeups and podcasts seem real unprofessional in this regard.

No review site wins, especially in SW.

Regardless of what 1up thinks, it is very possible there is a SUPERIOR version of DMC4. Assuming that's the case, if the 360 version is considered better, everyone cries foul. If the PS3 version is considered better, everyone cries foul.

I find it humorous. I do know that DMC4 was developed on PS3 first, so it may be further along. Until now, I have scoured and scoured the net on which version to buy, and NO ONE has said anything comparing the two, at least as far as I could read.

Anyways, there may be a better version of DMC, but we won't know till it's finished. It could be another Callof Duty 4 though(Practically Identical).

As far as NG2 goes, I have to say, I'm not impressed with the graphics, at all, but I still plan on picking it up.
