I'm sorry my friend but you need to investigate alittle further.. Shane B(1up's Resident Sony Fanboy and proud of it) made that statement not the entire 1up staff. The game looks Freaking drop dead gorgeous. I'm not saying it looks better than K2 but I'm also not saying it doesn't(haven't played either of them).

Why people insist on quoting things from 1up yours is completely beyond me. I can't count how many times they've been completely incorrect about things they are discussing. And ANYTHING Shane Bettenhausen says on that show should be taken with a grain of salt. He said Too Human was great too, does that make him right? Besides that he openly admits he's the biggest fanboy about everything...unless it's Microsoft.It's quite common to hear him say things like "You know I'm the biggest Zelda fanboy right?" or he'll praise some obscure crappy game from Japan and then 2 minutes later bash some other game for exactly the same thing.

Make the game have below average graphics and watch it get bashed, not only on SW but in the real world. I don't understand what people say this. Graphics are very important to a game.

That's quite different from what you originally said. And my 50 bucks a year goes to a voice chat system that works across all games. To me that's worth the 50 bucks because nobody else in the console space is doing it right.

Yes , i remembered when Killzone 2 came out three years ago that i wiped out everything with the incredible graphics , people tried to compare it with games that where not out yet in a desperate attempt to belittle it .
Can you imagine that , hyping game graphics of games not out and declaring them graphics winner , how desperate and stupid is that ?

I'm more concerned about which is going to be the better game. RE doesn't have anything to prove to me. Killzone does.The graphics look fantastic for Killzone 2, but I'm not completely sold on the gameplay. I'd rather judge that myself.

More diverse enemies from clothes,skin tones, faces, and so on which is far better then a guy all dressed in black with red eyes over and over again. Also RE5 is nicer to look at since it is not so covered in black. I could say others but you get the point.

Think about it this way, how many game websites have been saying that KZ2 looks phenominal and is possibly the best looking game on consoles? Now how many game websites have said the same for RE5? This is a case of blatant denial. This is a case of people who don't own a PS3 claiming that RE5 looks better. So If i think that MGS4 has better technical graphics than Crysis, does that make me correct? That would make more sense if Crysis didn't technicially blow MGS 4 out of the water graphically. It isn't even close. The comparison between Killzone 2 and RE 5 is a bit more realistic because they are both console titles and are on an even playing field as far as graphical capabilities are concerned..
Crysis on it's highest settings is almost photorealistic. MGS 4 never reaches that level of quality. I do believe that MGS 4 beats anything out there in it's production values and presentation. But that's a completely different thing.
