No.
That looks great... but it also looks like God of War III, which means a really fancy pre-done cinematic in the background, so no, this doesn't make KZ3 graphics king, nor can anything unless they delay it 3 years and spend the next 3 years building some super computer PS4 and literally buy out every single supplier of hardware in the world to stop them from supplying PC gamers....
Lol no... No.

I second that.
Only one way to go about this. They must lick the GTX480 while the computer is running, give a thumbs up, and take a picture. Until then I remain unconvinced. It's called pre-calculated physics animations. In other words, unlike games like Crysis or Just Cause 2, the water is not animated in realtime and does not react with the environment in real-time. It's just an animated backdrop, like a skybox.
Not to diminish it's effect though, it looks really good. But it's not technically impressive.

I say they must swing from a rope, hanging off a tree with no leaves and exactly 3 branches. They must do this whilst holding the GTX480 in their hands.
Serious though, it seems like a shameless plug to make it seem as if they've played high-end games on a PC. TC could have, but it just seems fishy.
GS should forbid the phrase Graphics King in a title thread and they should ban the person who use the term Console Graphics King.
Halo 3 has better water.SaltyMeatballs
Halo 3 is better water. Even I don't what that means and I wrote it.

Why the **** does he have to?
He doesn't owe you anything.
Because he says he has a hugely powerful gaming PC, and quite frankly, anybody that knows his posting history won't believe him.Halo 3 has better water.SaltyMeatballsAnd Resistance 2 has better water than all, but the way it looks in KZ3 no doubt makes the scene look amazing.

Not defensive, just lol'ing a cow desperately trying to warrant his purchase of a machine that can barely outperform the Xbox 360. :lol I'll be lol'ing some more when they pit Killzone 3 up against Crysis 2 (PC) next year. :P
Killzone 3 isn't 2010.siLVURcrossstupid me, i thougt it was coming out late this year, i accept the failure.
I wouldn't go that far :|[QUOTE="Hakkai007"]
Lol not even close.
Even Just Cause 2 has better water effects.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A29uSkIo04s&feature=fvw  But I guess Killzone 3s 3 frame'd animation waves looks better then full fluidly physical Cuda simulated water.
thats one of most fake looking water i've seen in recent gamesSamiRDuranshow me better raging arctic waters with ice chunks and such.
Am I the only one who doesn't like the way guns look in Killzone 3? It's like they have no depth and are just painted onto the screen.
Looks cool - but not 100% accurate though.
There's water spraying into the air before waves hit the rocks.
Needs a little more work.
:)
