I really like collecting tropheis so thats a plus and having some of the games that i enjoyed on ps2 is also a big plus besides we get to have them in HD and not look crappy on an HD screen. i loved the GoW collection because i missed on playing GoW2 on ps2. i played all sly games but having trophies is a huge reason why i need to get it also plus i havent played it for so long so its a good way to remember it

Same here, biggest gaming library for me is the PS2 library but PS3 library is sure starting to get bigger :P. you can check my PS3 collection here and some other ps3 owners as well ( some people own every single ps3 title :o )

My Wii Library is similar to some of those but heck that also puts my PS3 Library to shame too considering we have more PS3 games than Wii.

especially since FREE emulators can bump up ps2 games to HD

(I remember seeing a comparison of ps2 vs emulator vs ps3 collection for the GOW pack and it was very close between ps3 and the emulator)

You can always find good used deals on every game. The problem is to balance the shipping with the price.

Which is really sad as those points won't even mean anything.

I can understand why a person would choose a version of a game that has points instead of the version that doesn't. It shouldn't be the main reason why you are playing the game in the first place though.
